Wonderful personal service
I have been going to Pfefferle for a while now and what I appreciate the most is the personal service I get from them. When something is wrong with the car they call me and explain in detail what's going on and give me multiple options of what to do with the associated pricing. They spend a lot of time making sure I am clear on what's going on with my car and I appreciate that.
