Timeliness of service
It took over 2 hours to an oil chg when I had an appt. They did do a computer upgrade but still shouldn't have taken that long. I am new to the area and the dealership that had used previously never took that long

Good oil change service
We purchased the Hyundai Service Coupon book for our 2009 Hyundai Azera. Phil Long Hyundai has done a find job of servicing our vehicle and this oil change was free of charge because of the coupons. Also, they did a good inspection of the car and pointed out some items that needed additional attention. Communication was prompt.

Friendly reception and attention to details
Friendly reception and attention to details. Although I was just looking to get an oil change and tire rotation a free inspection discovered my alignment was out. Also an ECM (recall) update was also found and accomplished.

Check engine light while on vacation
We had a check engine light while on Vacation. Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hill was the closest Hyundai dealer. Since the car is still under warranty we took it there. The issues required a new part and the part would not be in for a few days so we were able to get a rental vehicle at no cost to us to continue on with our vacation. Returned on Saturday to pick up our vehicle after the repair and everything has been fine since.
