Quality work at a reasonable price ...
We had the air-conditioning system serviced as it was not cooling, even on mildly warm days ... It seems to be working much better, but we haven't had a really hot day trial since the servicing ... The service took a little longer than originally forecast, but I was kept well informed by Travis during the process ...

did not balance summer tires when they replaced the winter tires
If they did balance them, they did a poor job. Took too Big O Tire 2 days later, now the ride is smooth again. Other service was ok.

Unfortunate Service Experience
Oil change and fuel injection services, caused unnecessary oil leak and prompted a check engine light. Check the service completed before returning to the customer (seems pretty straight forward).

Not as great as usual
Service staff couldn't diagnose problem but fortunately the Service Manager did. Incorrect replacement parts sent from Texas which delayed the repair to over a week!

Techs and Managers Need Better Communication
Had to make an extra trip to the dealer because the service manager told me they couldn't figure out the problem I had reported, so I drove back to the dealer to demonstrate the issue. When I got there I found out they actually had already found the problem and fixed it and I was stuck with 2 cars at the dealer and no way to get both of them home. If I'd known it was already fixed, I would have gotten a ride instead of driving myself so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip later to pick up my other car. Better communication among themselves would have saved me an extra unnecessary hour of fighting traffic on that extra trip to pick my my other car.

Brought car in for recalls, left with no brake lights.
I brought our vehicle in for recalls. When I got it back the brake lights did not work. I checked the camera on my house to verify that the brake lights were working when I left for the dealership, and they were no longer working when I returned home from the dealership. I went back, since the issue occurred while the vehicle was being serviced and was charged nearly $20 for a tech to replace two bulbs that I can get on Amazon for $1 each. I am more than capable of dealing with this issue, but thought that since it happened while the vehicle was at the dealership, they should take care of it. I will not be returning. I could have received an expensive ticket driving home with no brake lights. Service techs should be verifying that safety equipment such as lights are functioning properly before a customer takes a vehicle home. How do both bulbs burn out at the same time while the vehicle is being serviced?
