"Service"
They were friendly and the environment was clean and comfortable. They do need to add artificial sweetner to the coffee area. Some people can't have sugar. That would be my only complaint.

"The professionalism of the employees "
It was cold the day i came in for my oil change and the employee lifted u the garage for me to pull my car instead of me leaving it outside and having me walk around to enter the building which was very nice. During my servicing the guy updated me and showed me my old filter and asked if i wanted to change them, he didn’t pressure me but informed me on the performance of my car with the new and old filters. He eve filled out my service car log that i brought in from my glove box (like he always does) which is very helpful to me.

The only thing that is not up to date is scheduling an appointment for service on the website the calendar is not updating according to dates available for service had to call in.

"Great service"
Great service, except for when they only put two snow tires on instead of four. Was irritated because it was all written down and yet no seem to ask where the other two tires were or look in the trunk. Instead they just placed the two tires on and left it as that. But in the end they made it right. 5 stars still.

"Fabulous Customer Service!"
Brad was amazing! While the job entailed a great deal of work, Brad assured me it would be completed that day, and I would not have to come back to retrieve my car. Then the service center put two mechanics on the job, and the work was done. I have been taking my Tucson to this location since I purchased it because I love the personal attention each job receives.
