Rude, unhelpful service advisors
This dealership has dramatically gone downhill in the last year! I used to get great service and competent advisors. This is no longer true. SAD! I am looking for a better dealership, where I feel valued as a customer.

The staff was helpful, they changed my oil, and put an anti corrosion substance on the bottom of my vehicle free as it was a known recall. They washed my car. Very satisfied

My sun roof exploded!
It was crazy and random, I was driving for only about 10 minutes and then BOOM, my sunroof just exploded. No signs of rocks or sticks, and the glass was pushing outward. I was just outside of my warranty for this, but since these sun roofs have been a known issue, Hyundai, after some convincing, agreed to take care of the issue. They provided me a loaner vehicle to drive while they held onto my vehicle. It took almost 2 weeks before they finally got it replaced, so it took a while, but like I said, I drove a loaner while they had it, so it wasn't a huge deal.

Thanks to Greg and the rest of the Hyundai team that helped take care of my car.

Always greeted with a smile and very professional.
Scheduled maintenance for oil change and tire rotation. Doors opened promptly before they were scheduled to open for the day (always early). Coffee was freshly made and waiting for us after a quick stop at service desk. Completed in just over an hour. Car was returned from car wash and we were on our way!
