Getting scheduled for what needs to be done in my car wiper is appreciated but it could have been avoided if the crew understand what needs to be done. Other than that, I am still thankful that my first 5K maintenance was done.

Unimpressed
I’ve used this location multiple times for routine service and it consistently takes longer than I am told it will. Poor customer service, nobody acknowledged me when I walked in to drop off my vehicle for my scheduled appointment, which they had difficulty finding in their system. Each visit has been consistently below average.

Brought my Sonata in for an engine software update. It was a recall from Hyundai. The customer rep said it would take about an hour. Took less. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Service dept. is a joke compared to other Hyundai service departments I have had experience with.

 Thank you for the on line review. I am very sorry about your experience on this visit. This recall is vin specific and when parts are needed they must be ordered to that car. 
I want to make sure all your concerns are addressed. When I noticed I needed to get involved I had my team pick up and deliver your car across town so you and your baby wouldn’t have to return to the dealership. I truly am sorry I didn’t meet or take care of you needs. Sometime parts are out of the dealers hands but we do try our best to take care of everyone.

I wanted to call you to apologize but I understand you not wanting to be disturbed with your child.
