Spoke with Johnnie. She said the detailing on the RV was the worst she has ever seen. There was dried food on the floor, counters, in the drawers and the cutting board. There was a broken light fixture and the previous owners left a dog cone in one of the cupboards. They were not introduced to the service department because they were already familiar with them. She said Meredith, and Jason did a great job.

Carol said she was not completely satisfied with the quality of service work because after she picked the RV up and went camping she noticed that the toilet had a leak. She would like this business to check for all possible leaks when in for service.

Cynthia said she came for a simple accident estimate, it was only $150, and that was fine. Her RV was originally donated to her but over the last few years has suffered extensive damage. Her service advisor said she'd try, and that's more than a lot of businesses would do so she was perfectly happy. Her service advisor went out of her way for her, but she must not have found one because she hasn't heard back. Cynthia was wondering if this business could find a way to donate an RV for her.

Todd said this business put in a new intercom system and his service advisor told him sometimes it malfunctions. He has had a problem getting to his service advisor once the phone is answered, but there is no problem after he is connected to his service advisor.

William said he would not recommend them, due to a past experience. When he purchased the vehicle they did not tell him there was an issue with the axles. He had to spend $1,000 out of pocket to fix them. The service was lousy and they didn't tell him the services he might need.

Peggy said there was a recall on the plugs under the front seat that was not performed before she purchased the RV and there were a few stock features that were missing that were listed in the advertisement online. The advertisement online said the RV can sleep 3 but it only sleeps 2 due to a missing seat. It is also missing the TV and TV stand. This business can serve her better by having more knowledge about the products they are selling and making sure the the advertisements online are accurate.

William said he was not completely satisfied with the sales staff because he was left alone many times during the process of the purchase. He did not know what had to be done next, because his sales person was away a lot and was not helpful. The sales manager was rude to him as well. They paged his sales person 4 times, but he did not return. He asked if they could contact him on his cell phone, but he still took about 15 minutes to return after they contacted him via cell phone. He was not satisfied with the financing because they did not provide all of the documents needed to bring the vehicle into Canada. It took them 3 hours to fax all the documents needed. He was not satisfied with the delivery of the vehicle for the reasons already stated. He would not recommend them for the same reasons. He did say the service department was top notch, they spent 2 hours familiarizing him with the vehicle. They could have served him better if they provided all the correct documentation before he left for the Canadian border.

We have held a meeting with our sales staff to, again, stress the importance of assisting with all our transactions as well as the importance of having all the correct Canadian documentation. Thank you for your comments.

Steven said they did not fix the electrical problem so his plugs would work. He asked them to connect one terminal to another battery and they charged him for two tenths of an hour. There was a $13.50 shop fee that he does not have a clue what it was for. They fixed the top of an awning and now the bottom has come loose. He said the charges were bogus. He would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned. He said after he goes to them to get the issues straightened out he does not think he will ever return.

Spoke with both Denise and Ralf. Ralf said the business could serve him better by fixing some of the things he needs fixed when he comes back from California and he chose not to elaborate on what those things were.
