Spoke with Carol. She said that she just had the RV dewinterized, and a bank went missing from the bedroom of the RV. She contacted the business and the lady who she dealt with was very nice and helpful. The business has cameras and she was told that they will look to see who went into the RV because there was no reason anyone should have gone inside. She is happy with the effort being made to look into the theft. She added that the issue is not the money that they are missing, but the sentimental value of the bank itself.

Carol, We have looked thru our camera recordings and can't verify and particular person entering your coach and stealing your bank. Dana said he would not recommend this business to anyone because he purchased his RV from this business? sales department a year ago and it was a lemon. He had to bring it in to get it fixed many times. The service was great and Meredith, the service advisor he usually dealt with was wonderful. However, he doesn?t like the overall product. He said that the way it was built was very shady.

John said he gave the 2 because it seems the work is not done correctly or completely each time he goes here. Yesterday he picked up his RV that had been in for service and the carpets had not been cleaned like he asked, so he had to wait another 1 and a half hours for that to be done. The communication problem was that the carpets should have been cleaned on the visit prior to this one. John said that each time he goes here it cost him $40.00 in gas because of where he lives. Yesterday's trip could have been avoided if the carpets had been done last week like he had asked for. This is just one of the things that makes him not want to recommend this business.

Chris said he was not completely satisfied with the communication between himself and his service advisor, because she didn't explain the charges well enough. She could have broken it down better so he had a better understanding. He had no idea it was going to be so expensive. He was not completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed because he didn't like how they installed the flat screen T.V. He had to take it off and remount it.

Spoke with Tim. He gave the business a 3 rating because his RV was at the business longer than he expected, but he chose not to elaborate about how long. He said the parts needed to be ordered took a bit longer than the business expected. When he arrived to pick up his RV either the business was short handed or there was a miscommunication because there was a lot of activity going on and the delivery process took long.

Jeff said Chris, his service advisor, did a fantastic job. He stated his parents also have an RV they bring to this business, and their service advisor, Meredith, is always great. Jeff and Meredith are wonderful people. He purchased his RV from another business but didn't like the service he received. He now will only go to Poulsbo RV for service and repairs. Jeff commented this business' parts department is very well stocked.
