Andrew said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because the travel jacks were not put back in the slide out and he drove home with them sitting on his couch in the motor home. He rated his overall experience with the business a 4 instead of a 5 because of the reasons already stated. Also his electrical plug was missing from where you start the power cord outside and he had to go buy a new one. Other than what he has already stated he was completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his vehicle. The business could serve him better by paying a little more attention to detail.

Spoke with Kris. She said she would rate her overall service experience with the business a 4 because nobody is perfect. She said this business could serve her better by ordering her part properly the first time. Robb said after the oil change the levelers would not go down. When he checked he found a little tiny wire that was near the dip stick was disconnected. He plugged it in and everything works fine. He was pleased with his service visit and though he lives in California he will use this business for service whenever he is in Everett.

Spoke with Eleanor. Eleanor said she was very pleased with the cleaning of her RV. She said the only problem was when they went to pick up the RV after the 2 weeks promised, nothing had been done on it. The computer system broke down at the business and communications were compromised and the cleaning work was not started. Eleanor said the service advisor was very apologetic. The cleaning did get finished and it looks like new. She said she would recommend this business to anyone with an RV.

Richard said the RV was at the business to have a water leak repaired in the cabinet area. This is the fifth time it has been there for the same problem and it still has not been repaired correctly. He would not recommend this business for the above reason. They can serve him better by paying attention to what they are doing.

Gerald said he just noticed they caused some damage from the buffer to the rubber around the windshield. Their staff is an improvement on the people they had before. Robin, in finance was very good and Randy was good. Chris did a wonderful job. He said he felt the RV he purchased was a piece of cr$$ and he has not been able to get the things fixed that needed to be fixed. He has been told some items could not be fixed and he would have to fix them himself. When it came to one of the doors he was told it was a manufacturer's problem and it could not be fixed. The employees need to have all of the information on things like how often the vehicle needs coating. He was told it needs to be done 3 times in 5 years and the book said once in every 18 months. That is not the same. He found lots of things wrong with the RV after he purchased it and never would have purchased it if they would have let him drive it as far as he wanted to. The heat and air conditioning did not work and he has replaced 6 doors. Randy has gone out of his way and told him he wants to make everything right and they have a lot of talented people working there now. He would not recommend this business for service for the reasons mentioned.

Charles said he left his RV overnight for a detail job, when he returned he noticed the a/c cover and the awning cover had not been touched. He got Meredith and she saw to it that those were taken care of for him. He did not give an answer for the quality of repair, it was a detail job and was done to his satisfaction before he left.
