Spoke with Ellen. She said she was not completely satisfied with her overall service experience because they did not tighten her filter and they did not perform a water test so she will be bringing her vehicle back in. She stated they did not receive a rating of a 5 because they did not complete or test the work that was performed. She added she was not completely satisfied with the communication between her and her service advisor because of the previously stated issues. She was not satisfied with the quality of service work performed on her vehicle because of the previously stated issues. She would not recommend this business for service to others until her problems are rectified to her satisfaction.

Gary said he likes the way the business works now. It was very good. The girl that helped him was quite friendly and did her best to get him in and out. To serve him better the business needs to keep doing what they are doing and give him good prices.

Harry stated that he wasn't satisfied with the overall service experience because the business was supposed to do a 15 point check on the RV which included a water system check and a battery check. He said that once he got the RV home he filled it up with water and it just poured out of the coach. Harry mentioned that the business didn't have any distilled water to check his battery so he is now questioning if they did anything to the RV. He added that he wasn't satisfied with the communication because of the above mentioned reasons. Harry explained that he was not satisfied with the quality of the service work because of the issues mentioned above about the water pouring out of the coach and the battery not being checked. He said that he wouldn't recommend the business because they didn't do everything that they were supposed to do. Harry stated that the business could serve him better by doing the job they are supposed to do.

Richard said they did not do anything they were supposed to do. There are still water leaks and engine oil leaks. He took the RV back this morning and is waiting for a call back from Randy. He has had problems with them for 10 years. They are supposed to have the best technicians in the country but they don't. They can serve him better by doing their job.

Linda said she did not rate her overall experience with this business higher than a 4 because of the following. She stated she always has to initiate phone calls to this business for a status report regarding her RV, because no one ever calls her to let her know what's going on. She mentioned she dropped her RV off on a Tuesday and thought she was getting it back on a Friday, even though she had told this business to keep her RV as long as they had to. Because parts had to be ordered, this business had her RV for an additional week, which she didn't have a problem with. Linda commented she was not completely satisfied with her service advisor's communication because Linda had to initiate all of the phone calls. She suggested this business could serve her better by improving their communication, and calling her with status reports. Linda concluded the above issue isn't a big deal.

Eric said the business should continue to employ the senior mechanics they have had for years. On this last service visit one of the service advisors really took his time talking and explaining everything and is very knowledgeable. The quality of work is excellent and Meredith is always a pleasure to talk with.
