Lee said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience. When he arrived there to pick up his RV they had not repaired the sealing on the front window, which he had requested for them to do. They were very responsive when he pointed out the problem with the broken seal on the window. He appreciates them giving a discount for the repairs and for washing his vehicle. He said he is thinking of purchasing a trailer sometime this year. They should do the job right the first time.

Gregory said he wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his RV because he runs a big service company and it is easy for him to tell when there are technicians that are totally not qualified. The tail light was stuck on and the technicians didn't know how to turn it off so they unplugged all the lights in the back of his RV and left it like that. He ended up having to fix it himself. The service manager was one of the top technicians, along with the guy who washed his vehicle for him. He mentioned that at his business there are some good technicians and some bad technicians. He has to watch out for the bad ones.

Richard said that he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience due to the fact they did not thoroughly check the television and stereo system. They only checked the stereo, so when he got the RV his television still was not working, he ended up replacing the HEMI cable. He was not completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his RV for that reason. Scott was very helpful and informative.

Mary said her service was great, however she only rated her overall experience a 1 because of the last 5 minutes of the service. She said while she was waiting for her service to be complete, she was watching the news and a salesperson came in with a child and turned the tv to cartoons. A few minutes later someone else came and changed it back to the news, then the salesperson came back and turned it back to cartoons. The salesman turned to her and said the child's parents were purchasing a motor home and she told him she was waiting for hers to be serviced. She also said she felt like her service was not as important as the parents that were making a purchase and the salesperson treated her that way.

Ronald said he was not necessarily happy with the job done in the area of the decals. The Pro Pak clear coat is supposed to be smooth so the vehicle does not have to be waxed but it is not smooth in the front with the decals. He said he thinks they may have missed that area. He did not notice it when he picked up the vehicle. He has called Chris, the service manager because the step is loose. He may mention the area of the decals when he takes it in for that service but has not said anything yet. Chris does a good job and he has been completely satisfied with every dealing he has had with him but he is not necessarily completely satisfied with all of the technicians. He did not elaborate on why he was not satisfied with the technicians but said his opinion was based on past experiences. He really likes Chris and would recommend this business for service for some things but maybe not for others. He did not elaborate on what things he might not recommend them for.

Ken said he rated his overall experience with the business a 4 instead of a 5 because during the vehicle wash one of the taillight covers on his vehicle was knocked off with the pressure washer. He is considering purchasing another RV soon and right now he has a 34 foot FourWinds Chateau. He bought his last RV at Kirkland RV Center and he is happy with them. Chris from the business gave him some coupons. He is really happy with the business this time and they did a good job.

Jack said he rated 4 on his overall experience because there was a leak in the roof, and his service advisor said they'd clean the stain on the ceiling, but they didn't. He didn't notice it until he was on his way home and he didn't want to go back because it had been there a long time. She probably forgot, but he was sure she'd mentioned it to the people that did the work. He was sure it was the people that did the work, or, she might have promised something they couldn't do. This business could serve him better by delivering what they say.
