"Friendly"
$50 for smog check with AAA discount. A bit high, but convenient location and friendly service, so worth it to me.

Darrell said the business was expensive. They charged him a fee for parts and labor as well as $120 to diagnose the problems. That counted for half of the repair which he stated he thought was odd. They had a desire to quote all things that needed to be repaired on his vehicle which he did not ask them to do. They wanted to charge him an amount that would be enough to buy a new vehicle.

"Air conditioning "
Rodney was great with customer service. I was a little disappointed that the initial testing and the diagnosis testing was separate which both cost over 100$ but I know A/C systems aren't easy and I was notified during the whole process. I recommend Redhawk for A/C, just know that air conditioning is not cheap anywhere you go.

"Manuel makes this place work......"
Being a repeat customer at Redhawk is a pleasure although the smog machine has been broken twice as happened yesterday causing a return visit with our second auto. Working in the hot garage in 100 degree heat cannot be a happy thing to do....your staff is to be acclaimed for working through it.

I never like dealing with auto repair shops. I am a retired master tech and know exactly what I want and need before I walk through the door. I don't want upsales, or add one. Other than the standard upsale issue, the staff was nice and the service was quick.

"Clean, modern facility, professional staff, online appointment and coupon, quick service. "
Good experience overall. Just had an oil change and tire rotation. I will be back. Only negative is that my tires were all filled to 45-47 psi, when door sticker calls for 37. Fortunately, I noticed it on dash screen, let 8-10 psi out of each tire before driving 300 miles out of town next day.
