Somewhat upset!!
I had damage on my passenger side rear wheel and I ask for a estimate on it while I was there...did not get... also need appt for check up on the shift problems. Did not get this either. I will go to get my own estimate this week. I got on today from a body shop in Ankeny. I will go to your this week.... Nick indicated that it would not be covered... I have had this car for 3 1/2 months have 2600 miles on. I expect this TOO BE COVERED!!!

Love the shuttle service and friendly people!
In addition to taking advantage of the shuttle service, we have also just waited in the waiting room several times. The wait time has never been unusually long.

The reason we answered #3 to the question about whether or not we'd come back for our next service: We live in rural Iowa, about an hour and fifteen minutes drive away. So if the service needed is just an oil change, it's more convenient to have it done in our home town.

I want to thank the dealership on helping us in a tight place this go around. Normally i had nonthing great about this dealership since i am use to my old dealership helping us and not trying to charge a fee to tell me what is wrong like this dealership does. But you guys helped us out and we appreciate that on charging 90 dollars to tells us what was wrong. It did change my view on this dealership to being a good one now.
