Tracy said that she wasn't really promised a time of when the vehicle would be ready and they did have a little mix up. They called her after they did the first repair to tell her the vehicle was ready but then found that there was a second repair that needed to be done which confused the insurance company and now she is having to work with her insurance company to get them to cover the extra two days for her rental. She is unsure if the appearance of this business met her expectations because she never went inside.
