Spoke with Lilly Anne. She said she's been to this business before. Everyone is really friendly and her vehicle was nice and sparkly when she got it back. She got her vehicle back a couple of days late because they had to order more parts. She had to have a friend pick her vehicle up when it was ready on Thursday because she had gone out of town the day before. They called her to give her status updates and they made her aware of any changes.
