Mohamed said he was very impressed with the customer service and the follow-ups on the process. Katie and Chris were very helpful. The repair was late by one week but he told them he was not in a hurry because he had another vehicle. He does not recall the reason for the delay. The vehicle was clean but underneath the hood it was not. He has not received the check from the insurance company and it has almost been a month. They closed the claim telling him it was only 50 percent.
