Joe - Service on 5-13-13 for brakes. Brake pedal to the floor. Not heading any previous recommendations for services caused pad to fall out of rotor/caliper. Damaged caliper, pads, rotor & in order to correct problem we replaced rotors, pads, left caliper, repacked wheel bearings & bearing seals. Drove for 3,6xx miles & 45+ days (7/1/2013). Pedal to the floor again, Brake master cylinder cause this time. We advised & she insisted it was the same problem as before. Not the case & told her it was not the same thing & couldn't predict failure. She advised me that her "lawyer" wanted all the parts receipts & old parts. After going around in circles & her friend/relative raising their voice I asked them to pay the diagnosis fee of $21.90 & asked them to take the truck & leave. We try our best to keep cars running & on the road but we will NOT start throwing parts at cars because there "May" be something that could go wrong in the future.
