Jennifer said that she had to take her vehicle back to this business because they replaced the alternator but the timing belt they put on was squeaking. She would not recommend this facility due to this experience.

In response to this review, the alternator needed to be replaced on the vehicle, and I also recommended the sepentine belt be replaced at the same time. An improperly working aternator can result in wear on the belt, which then may squeal. In an attempt to service my customer best, I offered to replace the serpentine belt for the cost of the belt only with no charge for labor, which the customer declined. Thus, the customer chose not to complete the service as was suggested, and moreover, this vehicle does not have a timing belt, so one could not have been replaced as customer claimed.
