Disappointing first visit
My first visit with dealership for oil change and recall was very disappointing. I always give folks a second chance; so I will come back. I'm hoping my next review will be better and that is only out of respect toward Sarge, who gave me a very good experience in the purchase of the car.

Took my Kona in for the 7,500 mile check over. Service manager was excellent, very easy to talk to. Technician was courteous, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions.
I believe this is the best Hyundai dealer I've ever been to, not to even mention the waiting area w/ coffee, big screen tv, ect. Glad I bought my Kona here.

Always top notch
Once again pulled in for an oil change without an appointment but this time my check engine light was on too. I was taken in right away and left within an hour of arriving with both things done. The check engine light was on due to a faulty emissions sensor that was covered under my warrenty. No problems since.
