BUYER BEWARE
"PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER AT YOU OWN PERIL"
My car has been there waiting to be repaired for over a year.
I had to purchase another vehicle from a different manufacturer so that I could have transportation. After taking my car in for service many times for the same issue the dealership stalled until the warranty expired and now wants me to pay for the repairs that they should have made when the car was under warranty. There is a "CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT" pending on Hyundai vehicles, however Hyundai will play the game and drag
this out in the courts for as long as possible. Mean while my car is of no use to me sitting there at World Car Hyundai North. Can anyone recommend any legal action I can take to get justice in this case? Talking to the dealership or Hyundai corporate hasn't produced any results as it is apparent that Hyundai doesn't stand behind there products. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS MANUFACTURER OR DEALER AGAIN AND WARN ANYONE CONSIDERING DOING SO TO CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS OR BE DAMNED.
