Service personnel very rude!
Service personnel pay little attention people waiting at the counter. Today, when I was picking up my car, I was waiting at the counter. After about 5 minutes, one of the counter workers walked by and started working on his computer. Thinking he would talk to me once he was finished, I waited patiently. After 5 minutes, a new customer walked in and was immediately helped by this gentleman. I felt slighted and walked to the managers office to ask for help. I admit I wasn't patient. Both the manager and the desk help who stood to help me were not kind with their words. It took 20 seconds for me to sign the paperwork and prepare to leave. I offered to find my car and let the worker return to what she was doing - she declined. When exiting the car, she offered a parting sentiment - "Please, don't come back". You can bet that will come true!!!
