My wife has a 2019 Kona with 32,600 miles and a year of bumper to bumper warranty left. I stopped in to ask when they can run a diagnostic test. The service writer said the soonest would be iover a month. They have 180 cars ahead of us. We could leave it there until they can get to. They made absolutely no effort to help us. I sold European cars for 13 years and we found a way. Why are they still selling cars since they can't take care of the current ones. Are there so many bad engines being replaced? They push so much unnecessary service that their shop is swamped. Time to buy something else. We have had too much of this from this dealership. Now I have to pay to fix a warranty item. This place socks. Unbelievable
