John said the estimate was $50 less than what they charged him, and they never kept him undated on the status of his vehicle like they told him they would. When he called for an update he was on hold for 8 minutes so he hung up, thinking he was forgotten. He waited 5 minutes then called again. It rang a few times, the line was picked up, then the line was disconnected. He does not know if that was on purpose or an accident. On his third try he was able to reach someone. He said he has used this business many times. Sometimes the service is good, sometimes not so much. He said this is his last visit because he was not happy.
