We brought my sons car in because it was having trouble starting. We were told by Travis that they wo
uld do a thorough inspection and let us know what needed to be fixed. I was called the next day by Travis and told that the positive battery cable clamp was loose and they tightened it. This cost us $130.38. Travis recommended we also get the engine air filter, cabin air filter, windshield wipers, and license plate bulb replaced for an additional$235.00(I can't remember the exact cents). I am so glad that I found out on my first visit that Real Tech is a complete scam shop. $130.38 to tighten a clamp.....now I know why they can afford to send out such fancy mail flyers to get more business. If they would have tightened the clamp and not charged me I would have come back with all 4 cars....NOT happening now!!
You guys are great. Always friendly, avail or at least you will do you best to get us scheduled. We d
id not think “local mechanics” existed anymore and you prove that wrong. Trustworthy and can do any job
I have been coming here for years and i used to work with the previous owner Terry who was awesome. T
ony is the new owner and my experience was great this time as well ! I called Tony monday morning at 8am . I explained to Tony what issues i was having with my truck. Tony was prompt and told me to bring my truck in. Within two hours my truck was fixed and running like! Tony knows what he is doing and I was pleased with the service provided. I will be coming for sure!
We had a fabulous experience shopping for an RV at Roberson RV Center. Our salesperson, Lara Jensen
took time to ask us what we wanted/needed before showing us some possibilities. Her manner was never pushy or sales-y, just pure professionalism. The selection of trailers and motor homes at Roberson is extensive. I highly recommend Roberson if you're shopping for a well-made RV. Be sure to ask for Lara.
A negative or positive experience - always who you're working with....
Deciding on a class A motorhome during the covid mess, we finally made it to Poulsbo RV, Kent. Met u
p with Eric Duncan (sales), Jason Thiel (sales manager) and Kate Cooper (finance). We initially looked and test drove a diesel pusher, then a class A gasser, finally a class C, Wayfarer. Focused on only one brand, Tiffin, we went full circle....wrote up a contract on a diesel pusher and the long drive home, suffered from buyer's remorse. Heavy buyer's remorse. Called Jason the following morning, no issues regarding cancelling of the contract. A few days later, Eric called us on a new arrival of a shorter Tiffin. Concerned this coach would sell if we delayed (good RV's are selling like good homes these days. Quickly! If you see something that matches, buy it!), we drove up asap to take a look! Glad we made the effort as this was the coach for us!
As first time rv'ers, this was a very pleasant and positive experience for us. If there was ever a need to trade the Tiffin in, we'd return to Poulsbo to trade or consign and we would highly recommend the Kent store for all rv shopping needs and service!
While traveling through Las Vegas many miles from home our RV transmission locked up. We were a bit n
ervous about getting repairs hundreds of miles from home . The road service technician recommended Sin City Truck & Trailer Repair. We are so glad they did.
While the repair was expensive I feel it was reasonable.
The work was done in a timely manner and the price quote was accurate.
I do not plan to go back there but any service or repairs needed when we are close by will go to this shop.
Big shot out to Poulsbo RV Everett, especially Deanna and her team! They serviced our RV with a quick
turn around time and were EXTREMELY accommodating to our schedule. We did not purchase our rig from them but they treated us like family. We will not hesitate to use their services again.
Friday night 5/13 I broke down and was stranded I did not purchase from you all as I am from Virginia
I was out here camping taking in the sites . Well to make a long story short I had no power anywhere in my motor home ( 2002 Monaco ) and was stranded and not being from the area I had no clue who to call that late at night . This guy in a blue dodge pulls up and asked if he could help explained he had some experience with rvs , I had my doubts but after talked daniel explained what he does for your company I never got his last name nor did he give me a location he just said he worked for poulsbo rv ( if this is not the right location then please let your other locations know as well) . I’m not sure if this is the right location .lneedless to say after almost 4 hours with him I was back up and running . I had 2 bad batteries which he was able to fill with water and got them back up and running until I can get them replaced as well as finding a couple of broken ground wires . I am still and was literally at aw that this man took his own time to help me and my family out . I wanted to pay the him he would not take the money all he said was he was happy to be able to help get us back on the road . If this is the type of people you have working for your company you all are definitely doing something great . Was a great experience and he was very knowledgeable as he explained everything that he did to us . If and when I come back to Washington state and need service I will be coming to you . If I could give you a higher rating I would . Thank you very much .
