I had my truck towed to Andy's because it made a screeching sound. They had it for days and looked at
every possible issue. Murphy's law states that if a woman brings a car in for repair, it won't act up in front of the mechanic. My truck acted in this manner. Andy charges a $150 dollar fee for diagnostics, right off the bat. They did not figure out what caused the sound, but the time they put into trying to eliminate every possible problem, was worth more than the flat $150 dollar fee. They are meticulous and honorable.

Just bought a used vehicle and I need to know that it is safe for the road and all is good. Needed a
couple things, parts are ordered and repairs will be done. Mechanic took a few minutes to walk me through, thoroughly explaining what my options are. Sarah took the time to search for the parts and got them ordered. Once again the service doesn't disappoint and I left knowing that my car is road worthy. Thanks a million you guys. Job well done.
