This summer, I had no knowledge of Southwest Tire and Auto’s business reputation when I went to them
because my 2005 Audi A4 developed an intermittent check engine light. They chased the problem over several days but found and fixed the problem. The light hasn’t reoccurred and they have gained my confidence.
Now, months later, it’s winter in Minnesota and the passenger side door window stuck full open. Nothing I could do would close it.
I wasn’t going to drive in a northern winter with an open car window so I returned to SW Tire and Auto for their help. They had the repair done and the car back to me in less than two days.

Brought my 2020 Elantra (48,000 miles) in for an oil change and tire rotation and for a thorough in
spection including the brakes. I’m a long time, loyal customer. It was easy to schedule an appointment and reserve a loaner car with them.
As I expected - they sent me the inspection report, complete with pictures of areas that needed immediate attention and also other parts that would need replacement in the future. I called and discussed with the service advisor and he answered all my questions with professionalism and knowledge.
They did the oil change, tire rotation and a complete front brakes replacement.
It was ready by end of the day and the check out process was smooth & efficient.
My car runs great and I feel confident that it was fixed with expertise and I can rely on it. Also - that I know what it will need sometime in 2026 due to their thorough inspection process.
Finally the staff (as usual) is friendly and courteous and easy to deal with. And their location on Grove Street is easy to get to from my home in Bellingham.
