I called multiple shops and ALL of them wanted to charge me a astronomical price for a transmission f
lush. Then my son suggested I call Gearhead, he had seen they had gotten really good reviews on Yelp. I went to the website and saw that you could send an appointment request online so I did. Daniel got back to me within an hour of the request. He answered all of my questions quickly and was able to schedule me an appointment to have my transmission serviced the same day. When I arrived he greeted me with a smile! He was very patient with all of my questions and very detailed with his answers. Daniel told me how long it would take to service the car and I when came back at that time and the vehicle was ready to go. He is a very sweet and honest guy and I hope to have him as my mechanic for a long while.

I always attempt to do most things on my vehicle myself… But there are some things that you cannot do
. I was recommended Jerry’s transmissions by quite a few people that live out in the area of Guildford. So I brought my car from Seymour to have the transmission replaced and I must say that James and his crew are top-notch, they kept me in the loop when the tranny was gonna show up, squeezed me in between the other jobs and had me in and out within three days and back on the road. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone that needs any automotive repair done. I have friends that have worked in the automotive industry said if they had to bring their car to get worked on that they would bring it to the shop.

Overall I am very happy with the service and performance with MB Class Motors. They do what they say,
have always fixed and serviced my car excellently and their prices are better thN taking it to the dealer. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is that they don't have rental cars to borrow while your car is in the shop and they don't wash or clean the car... But that is why the dealers cost more..

I was leaving my house for a doctor's appointment in Marietta. Coming out of my driveway, I discover
ed I had 1% air pressure in one of my tires. Fortunately, I live around a corner from a service station and able to refill my tire long enough to get to my car maintenance shop. I was stressed already, and as usual, the staff was friendly, understanding, and efficient, taking my car back immediately. No, I didn't make my doctor's appointment, but I knew my car was in excellent hands. In a world where you don't know you can trust people/companies, I truly trust Hughes Automotive to be a fair and honest business. Fully recommend them.
