Oil change and tire rotation

Scheduled an appointment ahead of time for an oil change and tire rotation per service recommendation. Was going to wait for vehicle rather than drop it off. No issues what's so ever. Observed Mike's crew cleaning the customer area even though Mike was gone for the day. Says a lot about the attitude in the place. Dedicated employees.

Very serviceable vehicle

Great mileage, very peppy, very dependable. Only negative is heat and air. Controls and software are confusing. Heat blows defrost in your face, while your feet freeze! Auto function slow to regulate.

So-so in satisfaction

Nice vehicle, not great but nice. Noisy. You hear every bump transmitted throughout the car when going down the road. I will say that the vehicle is reliable. Only one emergency issue and that was when the battery went dead, but that has been it. Maintenance has been completed as scheduled, but even the dealership was unreliable, as they made mention of things that needed to be done, but then didn't do them. Duh.

The car is not all it's cracked up to be. Only approximately 75% of the systems work. Some of the things I am actually paying for work intermittently 50% of the time. I had to replace the steering system before 55,000 miles.

I enjoy my car in all facets I put 487,000 on my last MDX A joy to drive Acura of Baton Rouge service is second to none with Bill Egger being a leading service persons for our vehicles Thank you Acura
