"2011 Challenger"

Unquestionably my favorite vehicle I've owned in my life and I've owned some nice rides,it's everything I hoped it would be and more.

Pros
You folks did it right the first time, the car is a ton of fun! 5 years into owning the car I still never tire of looking at it- 3 road trips from Seattle to L.A. and back have been awesome and I'm looking forward to more!

Cons
There are no cons with my baby

"2011 Challenger ride"

I've been a gear head all my life. Ever since I first learned how to work on a car as a young teenager I became fascinated with them. Always having a nice looking car, and most were fast also. Getting my DL at seventeen was a bummer, but I made up for it in the number of cars and driven miles from then till now. I've owned more than 60 cars since then and there were many I wish I still owned. Fast forward to 2005 when Ford introduced the new Mustang GT. I was fortunate enough to be working at the assembly plant that made this fine automobile and took ownership of one in January of 2005. Then in 2010 when I retired I bought a 2011 Camaro 2LT with RS package. A very nice car but, the biggest concern I had with it was all the blind spots, wow! In 2014 I sold it and then met up with my current retro car, the 2011 Dodge Challenger SE. From my firs test drive till today it is a fun car to drive. Although it was a bit plain looking I put my mind to work massaging it to look a bit better; tinted windows, lowered 1.5 inches, HID w/halo ring headlamps, leather interior, pulsating 3rd brake light, Kenwood double din touch screen stereo w/navigation, USB and single CD, and now to top all of that off, fog lamps w/halo rings. Of all of the 3 RETRO cars I rank the Challenger #1, Mustang #2 and the Camaro at #3. The Mustang had the most power of all 3 but as I'm getting older I felt that my safety of others it of more importance. Not saying I'm a hazard while driving, just don't want to chance it. I've been in only 3 fender benders in over 55 years with only 4 moving violations in the same time frame. The Camaro was quite peppy and the Challenger has the ponies, it just doesn't have the right gear ratio (something I'm looking into changing.) The ride quality of the Challenger is the best of the 3 and overall interior size beats the other two as well. Nice job MOPAR!

Pros
Great looks, great ride.

Cons
SE V-6 has only 305 HP from day one with this version. Rear end gears to tall.

"Great time"

Alot of times buying a car sucks and you're there all day. The best I could ever say when buying a new car is just "ok I guess" An thats me really pushing it. I love my Challenger. The people that was around the saleman, my friend and had to much fun that day. Youd think we wasn't even buying a car. From start to finish. It was fun and it didn't take all day either.

Pros
There aren't alot of them on the road where I live. like all the cheap Mustangs that I see on the road.

Cons
The dealership should do alot more aftermarket stuff. So we won't have to go other places and buy the accessories that we want to add to our Challenger(car).

"perfection!"

With the exception of the alternator failing (recall issue) that left me stranded in the middle of the road....I love my challenger! It's gorgeous to the eye, a clean ride, fast and fun!

Cons
Too many recalls
