2022 G70

I enjoyed my Genesis G70 very much. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives, and the negatives are very little details that I mentioned earlier. There are a few items that are available on the Kia Stinger gt2 but are not available on the genesis. I would happy to pay additional money for these items. I wish it has accent light and wireless apple and android auto, fog lights, etc. All digital gadget cluster would be nice. Adding snow driver mode, however I haven't had any issues in the snow as of yet. I am thrilled with my car and the Genesis brand. I am certain I will be a genesis customer for a very long time. Thank you for designing and creating th G70

G70 Fan

Great value - A lot of car for the money and they stand behind it with a 10 year 100K warranty. Maintenance costs mostly free in first two years and when paying, the costs are reasonable unlike the German competitor brands that I have owned in the past.

G70 A Super Car at a Super Price

The G70 is a wonderful combination of power and luxury. It is almost impossible to believe you can get this much care for such a low price. Genesis' combination of great looks and superior acceleration deliver the ultimate driving package. This car is equally at ease driving around the city or cruising the highway. The seats wrap you in total comfort while the car provides great visibility to anything on the road. It has been two decades since I last wanted to buy a new car and the G70 is it.

Wonderful mid level luxury sport car!

I can't say enough good things about my Genesis. I have the G70 3.3T Year 2022. I feel that 4 door cars are a bit difficult to look sporty, just my opinion, and I think Genesis (and Hyundai- the Sonata Sport) do a great job doing that. I feel safe in my car, there are tons of different settings to make your driving experience more customized. After having the car for a year, the interior has held up with just monthly cleaning. (I got stuck with the beige interior because it was all they had when I bought my car, I would have preferred the black) The cooling seats, heated steering wheel/seats are now something I would prefer not to go without on a future vehicle. I like the alert system feature if something is malfunctioning, however I have only gotten one alert for low tire pressure one time. The noise level when windows are down is good, that was a common problem with Hyundai, but not with this Genesis.

Overall it's great

Vehicle rides great and looks great definitely like the drive modes you get with it you can definitely feel the difference which is lovely i have a few minor problems with the dark chrome fading on the driver side which is weird it's the one side the sun hits the lease and vibration when mild to heavy accelerating it rides smooth but anything over like 4000rpm it has some decent vibration and then when flooring it shifting from 6th to 7th a mi or jerk

Lovely vehicle

So far this vehicle has been fun and reliable to drive. Looking forward to see how it holds up of the the next few years. The audio system is great, and the drive train is pretty decent. I do think that the tuning is being held back some, but I'm still impressed with its output.

2022 Genesis G70 Launch Edition

Styling and performance of the 2022 Genesis G70 are excellent. Interior of the 2022 Genesis G70 is excellent. Screen system is a bit complicated to use. Required, wired Apple CarPlay is very annoying given size of console area. Choice of darkened chrome trim design is questionable given the quality from that supplier.

Exactly what I wanted

I’m a pretty investigative consumer, and it’s difficult to beat a G70. It’s best in class performance, sharp looking, with a great interior and a warranty as well. I considered a Lexus, BMW, and others, but I kept coming back to the G70, and I haven’t regretted it once.

Red G70

Love our new red G70. Many compliments all the time on color and beautiful styling. Handle great. Cons may be a slight oversteer on highway and not quite as insulated from noise and bumps as Audi or Mercedes. But for $15000+/- less you just can’t beat the value and pride of owning this beautiful car.

Love my G70 3.3T. More bang for the buck.

Had my G70 for a year now. Love the styling. The car turns heads and I have caught people checking it out in the lot where I park for work. Get the 3.3T. It is super quick and responsive when you hit the gas. The interior is comfy and the controls are easy to use. Overall, it is just a fun car to drive.

Smoked a corvette on the 202!

Let me tell you that this car for the price is extremely fast. Doesn’t even feel like you’re going 80. All the safety feature are amazing. Lane assist is a life saver if you’re not paying attention. My daughter liked my car so much she got the same one. Very pleased!!

Best compact sport sedan for the money

Best compact sport sedan for the money. Tons of features. Great performance. Beautiful interior. Watch out for discoloration of the dark sport chrome trim pieces and the sport brembo brake rotors appear to wear irregularly for most people. And be prepared to pay to play for the RWD tires. They are summer tires and staggered so they don't last long and are expensive to replace. Other than that lovely capable comfortable great handling car. Not much to dislike here.

Best Sport Car I Have Owned

This car surprised the heck out of me. Originally I wasn't fond of the lack of rear leg room but after getting in for a test drive the performance and drive blew me away. . Braking is good as well. This car is a hoot to drive and coming from the G80, which obviously had more room but less get up and go grunt, I did not mind the downgrade in size nor did it factor in too much that there was less room and actually managed it well with rear passengers. This car exceeded my expectations. While I initially had concerns about the limited rear leg room, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding performance and driving characteristics during the test drive. The road mannerism shined in this car, as it handled twists and corners with ease and acceleration was sublime. The braking system is also commendable. Despite being smaller than my previous G80, which had more space but lacked power, I didn't mind the reduced size. The car still managed to accommodate rear passengers comfortably. Overall, driving this car was a lot of fun. It turns heads and I get complimented or asked about it everywhere I go.

Happy G70 Driver

I have owned the 2022 G70 for a year now, overall I am a happy owner. The exterior design is beautiful, makes you smile every time you walk to it in a parking lot. The interior is nice, and makes use of the available space. The car overall leaves very little to be desired.

Worth every penny.

I bought my 2022 G70 new coming from a 2017 Silverado. Coming from being so high up to the g70 was a change but it was a great change. Car is so much fun to drive it gets up and goes with ease. 0-60+ before you know it. Even the eco mode setting the car gets up and goes. I got a sports prestige so it has all the bells and whistles you could ask for and more. I an extremely pleased with the purchase and cant speak better on how good a car it is. 30k miles on it and no issues at all.

head lamp filled with moisture both

brought the g70 october of 2021 a 2022 had to have both head lamps replaced one year later now 6 months both are filled with moisture again need to be replaced this is product defect of the manufacture have talked to other owners as well

Simple. Fun to drive!

Performance and comfort in a nice package. Very pleased to say the least. I am often stopped and complimented on the vehicle and its looks. The car handles extremely well and is very fun to drive. The power is exceptional and you actually need to watch acceleration as you could let it get away from you.
