Genesis G70 EXCELLENT LUXURY VEHICLE HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Extremely pleased with my Genesis G70. I enjoy how it looks and drives. If I could put another Genesis in my garage, I would! I have been raving about the car since I purchased it. As long as the reliability is there (it only has 1,000 miles on it so far), I would buy another one in the future. Happy with the car, the dealership, everything. Thank you, Genesis!

Beautiful new car

Vehicle is stylish and powerful. It performs well. Controls are easy to learn and use. Could give better gas mileage for its class of vehicle. A larger gas tank would help for better range per tank. Driver seat has plenty of room and comfort, but rear passengers could use more legroom.

I'm loving my new G70!

It's stylish, comfortable, and drives great! The exterior is unique compared to other similarly sized vehicles on the market (especially the styling of the headlights and taillights). It has a sporty look and feel. Also love the interior (especially the black leather with red stitching and red seatbelts). Also has all the bells and whistles I wanted and more. This is my first Genesis (former Audi A4 owner). I have been driving it for about two months now and loving it so far!

Excellent performance. Car is loaded with features. Great value for cost. Certainly better than the Acura I was previously leasing. Dealership acted professionally. Would definitely recommend car and dealership. As soon as the lease on my wife’s car expires we’ll look to get her a Genesis also.

Exceeds expectations

This vehicle exceeded my expectations. It outperforms the Lexus I was looking at and had more horsepower. It also had more features and was a better price than the Lexus. As well as rank just as well on the JD power reliability scale. Very very important to me. Give Genesis a try. You will not regret it.

Love this car!

I purchased two new Genesis in November 2023. This 2023 G70 and a 2024 GV70 for my wife. We are both EXCEEDINGLY pleased with our cars. This G70 is sleek, drives exceptionally well, has a high performance look and sound, and is a beautiful vehicle. I am sold on Genesis!

Amazing vehicle

Beautiful design, lots of power, classic interior design. I love the look and color. My Genesis gets a lot of attention and people often ask about it. The open door logo light feels very classy. The dove grey quilted interior is a popular talking point.

Second Genesis

My new G70 is a terrific car. I replaced a 2012 Genesis 3.8L and this vehicle is as quick and comfortable to drive and gets great highway mileage. This vehicle turns heads and rides very well. It is an ideal road car and enjoyable to drive every day. Only negative is the small trunk, it should be bigger.

Generally ok and enjoyable. Headliner noise decreases the pleasure in driving. The car is fun to drive and the onboard tech is great. I like the the look of the car, but would of prefered the emblem on the back instead of "GENESIS" . The interior looks amazing.

Excellent with average interior

I really enjoy the way this vehicle drives. It looks beautiful on the exterior, the paint is really nice and the lights get very bright. My only issue with the vehicle is the interior. Dash should be all digital and it needs more interior lighting. It needs some more work with the heated steering wheel as well. It gets warm but not hot

Things that can be improved

The vehicle seats are a little low for me. I know it's a sports design, but can adjust high enough for a person 5'. The trunk can be closed from the inside. The features all are nice. the car is comfortable, get a lot of positive comments. I would purchase another.

Ups and downs

Nice car. Good engine. More sporty than i original thought. Therefore certain things you would normally expect from a luxury vehicle is not there… no heads up display, not such a smooth drive, not an easy to use display while driving and kind of cramped quarters. Otherwise terrific car!

Engine and fuel efficiency

The cons are that the engine idles a lot when the car is stopped and the fuel economy is not good. The rest is satisfactory. The dealer is friendly, but I hope the waiting space or place can be improved more comfortably. The vehicles I had are Toyota, so I can compare them with that one.

Genesis vs BMW

Owned a BMW 330i. The Genesis G70 is not the driving machine equivalent to the BMW. However for the money it is a very nice car with very good looks, nice interior and easy to drive. Some work on the suspension would make it a strong competitor. I would give the BMW an overall rating of 10 and the Genesis an overall rating of 8.

This is a nice vehicle. I knew the service would not be the best, but is it worse than I though. It is a big part of purchasing a vehicle. I have owned several Hyundai's, but never used the dealer service. I have my first new vehicle in a long tome and am disappointed that I can not use the services as advertised. This could prevent me from keeping or replacing this vehicle with a Genesis. I love this car, but service is a huge part.

2023 Genesis G70 3.3T AWD

Overall a great effort by Genesis to create a real sports sedan competitor to Audi, BMW and Lexus...not there yet, but close. The seats wear very quickly and the interior is tight with a relatively small trunk. The Lexus GS 350 F-Sport provides a better overall package, size-wise.

Unique car with personalilty

Overall this is a terrific vehicle. The mpg is low compared to competition but makes up for it in the styling department. Inside is made of nice materials, but will miss out on many of the features included in the G80, GV70, etc, which is unfortunate.

2023 Genesis G70 2.0T RWD

I traded in my 2020 Hyundai Sonata Limited. The Sonata has much more interior leg room and better technology (front parking camera & heads up display). The fuel mileage is not as good as the Sonata. The 2023 Genesis offers better ride stability and speed, but takes premium gas vs. cheaper regular fuel.
