Enjoying My 2020 G90

I bought my 2020 G90 after driving a 2013 Hyundai Equus for seven years. The Equus is a great car and a lot of car for the money. I had the opportunity to drive a new BMW 7 series and an Audi A8L and really like them. But, after test driving the G90, I felt it was a lot nicer car at a more reasonable price. The G90's ride and handling are top notch. It is quiet and smooth with the 5.0 liter V8. The interior is very well appointed with outstanding leather and open pore wood trim. It is not overdone and it is very easy to use the controls and infotainment systems. I would think that a car at this level would have massaging seats (as I had in the Equus), but that was not a deal breaker. People often mistake the G90 for a much more expensive car. I have taken it on trips and it is really awesome on long highway runs. The build quality is outstanding.

Proved to be as advertised.

After viewing countless reviews on the Youtube and online, I decided to purchase the 2020 G90 3.3Turbo AWD. I have had it now for a month and driven it 1000 miles. The comfort level is unsurpassed and the drivability was superb going up to the mountains. I enjoy the ease in the driving experience and feel that I am in the safest auto that is available on the market today.

2020 Genesis G90 5.0 RWD

Had 2012 Equus 5.0 RWD 2015 G90 5.0 RWD 2017 G90 5.0 RWD now a 2020 G90 5.0 RWD is a big improvement especially the exterior design from top to bottom with dish rims as noted in ratings below. Very quiet smooth ride. Improved head lighting/reverse lighting.

I purchased my Genenis G90 3 months ago and I have been very happy with the vehicle. This is the first time I considered a different manufacture. I have owned 7 Lexus LS model in the last 30 years. Genesis G90 Ultimate AWD

My new G90 had some significant issues, no related to anything the dealership did or didn't do. The Service Manager, Shawn Howard identify the cause of each issue and did an excellent job of keeping me informed during the resolution process. Great maintenance team and job well done.

Best sedan I’ve ever owned.

Drove BMW’s for years. Thought I would try the G90 for a change. No way I’m going back. The quality is equal. The warrant is far better. The service is superior. Has everything I want and nothing I don’t. Didn’t think I would love the turbo 6 cyl. No need for the v8.

Great car, looks great, drives great, superior ride

My previous car was 2017 G80. Liked it, but truly love the 2020 G90. Much better then the G80. Love the styling, interior, quiet noise levels, superb ride. Only two things that could be improved: - gas mileage - CD player located in glove compartment, difficult to access from drivers seat, can’t change CD while driving

I'm happy with my car and I think my car is happy with me. We are happy! It is the 4th I have had of its Brand and equal. This G90, is absolutely superior to all its predecessors and fulfill all of my needs and desires in a car. I will remain happy with it for awhile.

Prestige and quality for a fraction of the cost of other luxury cars

Based on extremely positive reviews in Consumer Reports and consultation with friends who owned a Genesis, I went to the dealer most convenient to our condominium in Arlington, VA. After the dealer was unable to find a G90, I went on-line and found one in New Jersey. The dealer there agreed to sell it to the dealer near our home in Ellicott City, MD who, in turn, sold it to me. We are extremely pleased with the car and the fact that the Genesis dealer in Alexandria is still looking for one.

Outstanding

This is a luxury car that has everything. I looked at Lexus, Bmw, Mercedes-Benz and this car bested all of them for thousands less. There are very few options and it is not al la Carte like the other Manufacturers. I have owned 3 Bmw’s, and a Lexus. This car is better.

Love My G90

I purchased my 2020 Genesis G90 after owning a Hyundai Equus. While I really liked my Equus, the G90 is a really awesome car. It is very luxurious and can compete very well with other cars in its class. It is loaded with features that would cost much more in other cars in this class. It has a superior ride quality; is very quiet and serene to drive. I would recommend that anyone looking for a full size, premium luxury car not purchase one without test driving a G90 first!

People stop me and compliment me on what they think is a Bentley or rolls Royce. After those compliments I think there is not much more to say except I am looking forward to driving the gvx when it is available here in St. Louis, Mo.. Perfection plus

New G90

Due to Covid19 we have not had the opportunity to drive the car much or for any long distance. At this time it is hard to really evaluate the car, but our experience so far has been quite impressive. Our first Hyundai was a 2014 EQUUS , second was the 2017 G90, and now the 2020 G90, with each new car the improvements are tremendous and the quality excellent.

The Car of my dreams

I had a G80 Sport, but have been wanting the G90, and when I saw the styling changes and ammenities I could not resist. I was so glad you finally added Apple CarPlay to the 2020 G90. I wish you designed the charging mat for the phone to be a little bit deeper, and that you could run Apple CarPlay wirelessly.

Awesome. I've followed this new 2020 concept design from its inception. Very well designed added safety systems performance all listed below. 2020 G90 5.0 Ultimate AWD is the best bargain in the Luxury Field

Fantastic car for the money. The only thing that got me out of my 2017 G90 5.0 AWD was a 2020 G90 5.0 AWD. I had been wanting the 2020 since I first starting seeing review online last year. I loved my 2017 G90 but I REALLY fell in love with the 2020 G90 refresh. The only problem was getting one. First they were available in Canada months before the USA and then when they finally became available it was a battle trying to find one. Finally ordered one in January 2020, but due to COVID19 I didn't get it until late May - But it WAS worth the wait!! There are a lot of luxury cars out there but the Genesis is by far the absolutely best bargain out there. Sure $80 grand for a car is not cheap, but compared to the Germans and Japanese it is ten of thousands of dollars less expensive, You get 90% of the content of the competition at 70% of the price. Plus you don't see yourself coming and going. Actually that's a shame as this is a fantastic car. Genesis needs to advertise it and let people know what it is and what you get for your money and, most of all, Genesis needs stand alone dealerships, not just a corner in a Hyundai dealership.

Genesis G 90

Handling and pick up are great. Just wish it was a little easier getting in and out. Wish the trunk was larger. I have gotten many pleasing comments on the way the car looks. Most people don't know what kind of car it is and who makes it. I think the car is too low to the ground for Houston because of the flooding issues.
