You have a beautiful car,

The car is a great car, unfortunately the head room for my husband & kids are a little low for 6’ or more and the leg room is not enough when they are in my car, so they don’t ride in my car. Overall I’m pleased with the car except the wind noise on the hwy from the drivers side and passenger side window

GV80 Amazing Luxury with the performance of a sports vehicle

The GV80 is has an exceptionally comfortable feel with all of the comforts and plushness of a luxury vehicle, but has the agressive power, steering and stability you would expect for a sport car. The exterior and interior styling offers the look and feel of much more expensive alternative vehicle, and turns heads where ever I drive.

beautiful interior, very attractive exterior and very comfortable seats, good storage and access, very good sound system; Cameras located everywhere help you navigate lane changes, backing up and turning with ease. Cruise control feature is highly advanced. However, using some of the controls and voice commands are not intuitive, and require some study or consistent application to remember. very good overall ride

Great SUV

I replaced my Lexus GX460 that I purchased new am very happy ..this vehicle is a rocket and drives excellent. Quality is great and many features not found in most SUV’s…the vehicle us very quick with the 3.5 .. it us comfortable and very quiet..the vehicle is very stylish and I received compliments wherever I go..

Great vehicle with a major problem

Great design and features. Very comfortable to drive. Loads of safety features. One major problem. Heater blows minimal hot air in the front and back footwells and it is ver uncomfortable (almost impossible) to drive the vehicle in the winter. Also, A/C blows hot air sporadically in the summer. Dealership tells me it is working properly and they cannot do anything about it. Deal breaker?

2021 GV80 Customer Survey

Great vehicle! Excellent quality, fit and finish, handling, and performance. Given my overall satisfaction with the Genesis brand I am considering the purchase of a G90 for my next vehicle. My only negative comment would be the complexity of the interior controls (GPS, SiriusXM, Climate Controls, Instrument Cluster, Convenience Features, etc.). Genesis has packed so much user-available controls and adjustments that learning all of the features and options can be overwhelming. The huge number of options can result in much frustration and confusion.

Excellent Vehicle; Safe. Not happy with dealer support.

The vehicle is comfortable, safe, and responsive. Quickly get up to speed, a lot of visibility, fast and fun. Dealership support post-purchase has not been wonderful, seems like Hyundai dealerships are not equipped to support the luxury side, alas. I say that excepting the wonderful experience I had buying from Corona Genesis.

It’s the little things

The gas mileage is very concerning and the fact that I can’t use the available service of having the vehicle (not in range) is a real disappointment. The card key can’t be activated (per dealership) and a replacement will take 6 to 8 weeks. Luxury cars need a better looking service area and waiting room.

Best Car I Have ever Owned

I have owned Jaguar, BMW and Audi cars. This Genesis GV80 is the best car I have ever driven. The exterior is classy and gets raves reviews. The interior is a delight to experience. The power and torque of this 6-cylinder engine is amazing. The controls are easily managed and accessible. The safety features, including steering assist and auto-managed features give an incredible sense of security and safety. The comfort features of the infotainment system are so extensive that we have yet to utilize all features that are available to us. In summary, this car is an absolute delight to own and drive. It has put driving back into the list of my favorite things to do!

So very happy with this car! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new suv that has a feel of driving a car. Love that it doesn’t feel like driving a truck. Love the third row option since I have small kids. The safety features on this keep my eyes on the road instead of at a phone which I love.

We cross shopped the Genesis GV80 against a BMW X5 and a Jaguar F Pace . We bought the Genesis because we liked the value to price proposition. The Genesis GV80 was more luxurious and was better equipped . After one year of ownership we would buy another

Love the styling, room inside and performance. The auto manual hard to understand. Gas mileage could be better or larger gas tank. Overall really like the auto. The screen could be easier to use, but like the design. The storage in the doors could be larger.

The manly dealership is the best they where there for me all the way. I will be returning back to get my vehicles service there. Ask I said the are the better and helped all the way. I tested drive my g80 and it was wonderful different from my 2015 genesis which ad got stolen.

Perfect Vehicle

Once you test drive you are sold, the best car in the planet second to none. If you like Music you will be hooked. The Surround Sound is nothing you have ever heard. The performance on the road with the HP is like any racing car. People will ask you what type of car is that? And Who makes it?

Do not purchase

After owning our vehicle for just over a month, it went in the shop. It’s been almost 2 months and we still don’t have it back. The service has been horrible at the dealership. I plan on selling it as soon as I get it back. After all the problems with the dealership, it has put such a sour taste for this brand.

Noisy Drive Train

I have stated that your dealerships want to ignore problem or force me the customer to deal with Genesis on our own! I find that very disheartening to say the least! “Well no other customer Russ complained about this problem”….really well that must make it OK!?!?!?!?!

The GV80

I bought this vehicle out of love for the one I own the Genesis G90 2017 I was so impressed I didn't even test drive the GV80 the color and interior blew me away. I sent pictures home to my sister who lives in Texas and she flat loved it . The way the sun enhanced the color and those tires and rims were so easy on the eye. When i drove it heads turned the entire time, I became an honorary spokes person for Genesis and trust me I still am a year later.

Amazing Vehicle

I must have watched 100 hours of YouTube videos trying to find the perfect car. It was a pretty easy decision when I found the GV80. Someone told me one day that this was a "poor mans Bently". I was kind of offended at first. But then I thought about it for awhile. Thats the perfect statement, this has everything a Bently has except for the drivetrain. And for a fraction of the price. I am in love with this vehicle, this is my second Genesis and I hope they come out with a sport version of the GV80.
