2022 GV80

We like the GV80 very much and didn't even consider another vehicle when we traded in our low mileage Lexus 350RX. My only complaints are (1) there is no spare tire, and (2) this survey is far too long and this add on section is duplicative and unnecessary given answers I've already given.

The perfect SUV

The Genesis GV80 is an awesome SUV. The styling, comfort, ride quality and engineering is amazing. With all of the vehicle amenities that comes standard, you can't look elsewhere. I have the 10 year, 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty shows Genesis definitely stands behind their product. Go Genesis and I promise, you will never look back or regret your purchase. Definitely the best both in quality and styling, plus pricing.

Great car

Surprised by how good the car really is. Battery was a problem but was successfully replaced. Genesis Connect is not reliable and requires frequent resetting. (Our G70 has been very reliable, and has never been reset.) we liked the GV80 so well, we purchased the G70 one month later.)

Great Car

Excellent car. Looks very good. Rides well. Interior is very nice. Sound system is excellent. Not great on fuel mileage. Technology is sophisticated. Many quality materials in the car Would be interested in an electric version of a GV 80 if and whe it becomes available.

Best Vehicle on the Road

It took me months to find the vehicle I wanted, and it was worth the wait. It takes the road and makes you feel like you’re driving on a cloud. The safety features are amazing in this car. I have had the car a year, and I am sure I have steel do not know all the features.

GV80

In my opinion this is the most eye catching vehicle on the road. It seats four people very comfortably and I feel very protected when driving it. My wife has had more compliments with this vehicle then we can count. Right now I love the fact that we have a vehicle on the roadd that you rarely see, but I'm sure that will change soon.

My GV80

I loved my G80 but fell in love the GV80 when I requested it as a courtesy vehicle during one of my maintenance checks. I received an invitation catalog from Genesis in the mail and I was hooked on having one. I Love it and look forward to my next upgrade.

We love our GV80!

We love our GV80 - it is a beautiful and stunning vehicle. We receive compliments anytime we drive it. It is a true luxury vehicle and my tall husband loves the comfort. It drives like a powerful dream. It has so many exceptional features that make long car drives a pleasant experience. We highly recommend !

Very nice vehicle. Has a lot of features. I think to get a full understanding how the features work takes too much time reading and following the instructions. Configuring the features requires excessive setup time. The dealer should have provided more hands on time for the setup.

GV80 Signature Prestige Gray Matte - 1st Year

Just plain WOW! My wife was the first to see the GV80 recommending we consider it a replacement for my 2011 Genesis Coupe. After shopping around, we found the Signature Prestige Gray Matte, and the search was over. South Bay Genesis is in Torrance, California treated us very well. Luckily they had one of these models.

Excellent luxury and performance. Very stylish. I have received numerous compliments on the appearance. Technology package is first rate. Love the 17" display screen. Powerful but at the same time it's a smooth and comfortable ride. Dealership and customer service has been great.

Fun car to drive and very comfortable and safe. Really like the massage feature that comes on after an hour of driving. Love lane changing alerts. Cruise control is very user friendly. The turbo charged engine really gives you a lot of pickup. Like the heads-up display is great for seeing you speed and also alerts in school zones.

Do not own anymore but have a 2023 GV 80

In general fantastic vehicle. It could have a softer ride and quieter interior like the GV 70. I believe there should be better communication between the factory and dealers. The map upgrade at the dealership wanted to charge me. They said not free anymore? I did it myself!

GV80 Is a Stylish Ride

Genesis is high quality throughout. Very nice ride and appearance. Interior is excellent. One primary buying influence was the safety system, cameras, blind spot cameras, lane-centering, auto stop to prevent collisions, both forward and backup. Systems all seem well designed. Choosing the 4 cylinder turbo gives 300HP performance and pretty good mileage. People ask often about the car based on its appearance alone.

Very pleased so far with the vehicle. This is my first purchase of a higher end vehicle and the vehicle quality and dealer experience has been the best I've experienced so far. Short of a travel issue with out of town dealers in the Denver, Co. area that was extremely concerning. I would have expected a better effort by these dealers for someone with an issue while travelling. They were far to busy to deal with my concerns. The issue ended up resolving itself on it's own, after about 8 hours travel in a very remote area.

Our favorite car of all time!

This is my favorite cat of all time, it rides like a dream, is so well constructed and gorgeous on exterior and interior. Our family of 4 was able to take a trip to Nova Scotia with 3 dogs in tow and the GV 80 had enough room to seat the 4 adults comfortably along with a large golden doodle, springer spaniel and malti poo. The leather in the car has held up beyond imagination even with animals in the car and we have used the car for ski trips and hiking. The Genesis GV80 is truly amazing!
