GV80

As I have stated throughout and indicated same with my ratings, the vehicle concept, design, styling and performance are very good. However, once again, the customer experience extends beyond the sales step. Hopefully, Genesis will examine this area closely.

Outstanding car

Fun to drive and own would like if city lights could be made available on main screen as it was prior to taking ownership. Very sharp looking and impressive car. Safety features are a real Plus. Would like to see an all electric version of this car.

Love my Genesis GV80, especially as I learn more about It!

Love the Genesis GV80. Not like any other car I have driven, still learning more about what it can do every day. It has more technological features and benefits than any other car we considered purchasing - these unique feature helped us make the decision to buy a GV80. I only wish there were more Genesis dealerships to go to for service and assistance. Hyundai dealerships have limited, if any, Genesis trained specialists. Looking forward to more Genesis dealerships opening soon!

Fly ride

This car is legit. You should not buy one so mine is one of few on the road. Seriously, it’s fun to drive, great to look at, and is super comfortable. I drive Mercedes, Volvo, Lexus, and BMW - none of these competitors can compare values. The GV80 is a beast.

A great choice

The Genesis performance on excelleration and transmission performance is exemplary. Console at a glance visuals are key to maintaining control. The Navigation in my opinion is superior and easy to program. Overall a fantastic choice, thank you for a great design.

You Really Want A Genesis!

I saw a Genesis GV80 drive one day. The following day I saw it again! I took a photo and scanned it to find out what kind of car it was. The GV80 was the most gorgeous looking SUV I've ever seen. I did the research and thought WOW, Genesis is going to be changing the Luxury game with this one...

Beautiful car once issues are resolved

This is a beautiful car and nicely priced for a luxury suv, but two warranty issues in the first year has resulted in many lost hours taking it to the dealership and having to leave it for extended periods. The ride is very smooth and quiet but transmission is not as smooth as Audi, BMW or other luxury brands. The technology package and interior styling is excellent. The fuel economy isn’t great but average for this size vehicle.

Best Vehicle Ever

I absolutely love my Genesis GV80! When we were looking to buy there were no vehicles in the color or trim we wanted. The dealership called when one came that wasn’t exactly what we wanted, but we took it anyway! I’m not disappointed at all! This is a keeper!!

Repair department lack of knowledge of vehicle

Every single time I’ve brought my car in for service I’ve had nothing but issues after I get it back. Things that weren’t an issue when I brought it in. Makes me terrified to bring it in for its maintenance. The last time I got it back I got stranded in a grocery store parking lot. I could not start the car. And they broke my cabin filter bracket to where it was stuck behind my glove box & the glove box would not shut wearing out the battery. They should have never given it back to me in that condition. To top it off they stuck the trash of the filter in my glovebox instead of throwing it away. And left the valve stem cap off on one of the tires.

Horrible service. Wonderful vehicle

I like this Car, Stylish, fun to Drive. I do not use the wireless charger, it will not charge my iPhone. No wireless connectivity for apple car play, fuel range sucks, tank needs to be bigger. Biggest problem is no spare tire, This is my wife's vehicle and i worry for here when she is on a road trip

I've had a good experience with my new gv80. It's a beautiful car and comfortable to ride in. I wish there was a closer dealership to me that I could use for my service but unfortunately the one that was close to me stopped selling vehicles in that location and no longer will do any kind of warranty work. But overall the vehicle is very nice.

Very high quality vehicle

I purchased the GV80 a year ago and after reading the excellent reviews and after a year of owning the car I believe the reviews are correct. I’d say I’m very pleased with the quality of my car. It is a beautiful well made car. At this point of ownership I’m very satisfied and I would recommend this car highly.

Amazing driving machine- Hellish dealership experience

LOVE the cars, especially our GV80. Hate and dread ever having to deal with our local dealership- Springfield Genesis and their service director Peter Kim. They have lied, took two weeks to fix an issue but would not provide a loaner nor communicate with me. Their director straight up ignored my emails and calls. Documented proof is available.

Great vehicule

One of the best car I had. Great to drive, comfortable and safe. It has most features of luxury of much more expensive car at a lower price. I will recommend the GV80 for people that want luxury at a reasonable cost. Surely the best SUV in the market now.

Great car

Great car for comfort, ease of handling looks great. Best car I have ever owned. Live in the mountains and driving is a pleasure. When there is snowing no problem just put the drive mode in snow. Driving at night is great with the auto illumination. Love my gv80

Great vehicle

Best car or truck I have ever had. Wouldn't change a thing about it. I've already done a cross country trip and have never had a better ride. Gas mileage was average but quality of ride and joy of driving made up for it. And hauled a loaded U-Haul trailer 2100 miles and didn't even know it was there most of the time

Excellent

I have had my 2022 GV 80 for a year now. Overall, I am very happy with the vehicle. Vehicle engine performance is solid. I like the exterior styling of the vehicle. Interior comfort and design is top notch. Seats are very comfortable . Cabin is quiet under almost all road conditions. I look forward to driving it every day.
