Hyuandai is not always willing to help
While my vehicle works now, that was not always the case. A recall issue caused my vehicle to leave me stranded when the vehicle's engine would constantly die. My dealership tried their best to help me with my issue but Hyundai was not easy to work with. When we would call them, they seemed to give me the run around and always said that I needed to speak with a different department even though I directed to them by the department they tried to send me to. I was left with my vehicle being being unreliable for over a month and then when the dealership was allowed to fix the recall issue, it took over 2 months. Again not blaming my dealership and I understand there was a suppy shortage for parts at the time. But Hyundai itself was not easy to work with. But after all that my vehicle is working and is pretty great for the price I paid for it (minus the whole breakdown thing).
