I wish I had kept my 2020 kona

Hated it as soon as I left the lot I never got floor mats and the driver rug was torn up in 6 months. The hatchback lost its rubber tubing right away. I felt like it was holding back. Weird noises. I felt like it was jinxed or something. Had 3 accidents

ECONO RIDE

Overall it is a affordable and dependable vehicle, good gas mileage, and comfortable, the step in and out is perfect. The interior is a nice fabric does not get dirty as much as others.

More of a pain than it's worth

Every time you get into the car it makes you acknowledge you'll drive safely. What's the point of having the car recognize the driver and still makes you hit the stupid button (unless you wait forever for it to clear the screen). If it knows who's driving, having that come up every time you start the car is VERY redundant! Don't park the car where you may not remember where it's park. Unless you're standing next to the car, you won't hear the noise it makes to help you find it. Most cars worth the cost will sound the horn. Not this one. Putting it mildly, I named my car B with 5 more letters after it. Use your imagination.

Lack luster pickup when it says maintenance due aside from oil it does

N/A still waiting to see. My previous Kona had engine problems while still under warranty and was unfortunately talked into a newer Kona but step down from previous and ended up paying more due to heavy depreciation.

A truly reliable and stylish vehicle marred by an uncomfortably firm ride quality. The ride quality is so unnecessarily hard that the drinks in the rear cup holders jump up and down while the car is moving.

Never had such a bad experience with Hyundai

Me and my family have bought Hyundai vehicles for years, and have loved them. This car has completely changed that though, and I am SO disappointed. I loved my car for the first 7 months I had it. Unfortunately, at the 7/8 month mark, my oil change light came on. It has not went off as it should since I purchased the car. I get regular oil changes, but the oil life will not reset correctly, and my car have been in the shop much more than it should be since purchasing it. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with the company at the local and corporate levels. I tried multiple times to get them to replace or buy back the car, or even give a reasonable trade amount toward another vehicle and the dealership was not open to making it right. Furthermore, Hyundai tech line does not seem to prioritize finding a permanent solution, as this has been going on for almost 2 years.
