love the car

the car performance was good, smooth, and fun to drive in general. in addition, the car design was stylish and easy to drive. however, the problem with the engine light sensor happened 3 times past 2 times really bothers me.

Fast and Fun

My Kona N is fast and fun to drive. I love the lane assist, makes it relaxing to drive. I wish it had adaptive cruise control would really like if it had an automatic hatchback and a more insulation cargo cover as it is very hot back there.

Decent commuter vehicle

We leased this vehicle as a replacement for a Hyundai Sonata whose lease had come to an end. We were looking for something with all-wheel-drive, as we live in an area that gets snow in winter. The Kona has been adequate in getting us where we need to go. It's not a thrilling car by any means, the CVT holds it back in that regard, but it gets good enough fuel economy to offset that.

Fun

Fun to drive. Decent handling and performance, but could use a 1.8 turbo with a more responsive clutchless gear shift. Technology package a must for it provides opportunities for interacting with vehicle under diverse conditions. Larger fuel tank and greater range needed. Better interior plastic would be appreciated. Overall, fun to drive and interact with.

Love my Kona

I really love this car. The only drawback is that the back seat is very small...and the cargo space is smaller than my husband's Elantra. And the road noise is very loud with the windows open and going over 35-40 mph.

Great car.

Best car for the money. I have a 2022 SE. I keep it in SMART drive mode and it's perfect. All the power I need, 16" wheels and it still handles great.Wish it was 2 inches higher. Outside of that it's perfect,and it feels safe,solid. It's fun to drive,even with the smaller motor.

2022 Kona

This is the perfect car if you’re looking for something safe that has enough space for the family, but won’t eat up your gas! The interior is beautifully designed and you cannot go wrong with the 8 inch touch screen display. The exterior has a fun approach to a midsized SUV.

Very nice vehicle. Great acceleration, much better than husband’s new Toyota RAV4

Very nice room in front and back seating. Very neat color. Car has all the safety mechanisms like cameras and alarms. No homelink mirror for garage door opener No automatic lift tail gate Cargo area big for a subcompact and the spare tire area has much larger storage than expected

Love vehicle

Love the vehicle, it was exactly the color I wanted and had the safety features I was looking for. I cannot say enough about the Kona for it is better then the Elantra I had which I loved when I bought it in 2018.

2021 Kona

I wanted an SUV ride but not the size and I didn't want any blind spots that I associate with the larger SUVs I have owned. The Kona gives me the ride height and the cargo room that I wanted without being too large.

My Kona

I have only had my vehicle for a week and a few days, but I love the ride. It fits me just perfectly and I like that my legs are able to stretch for comfort. I like that is has a get up and go start off and for me, it sits up high where I don’t sink down into the seats.

Excellent car!

I love my Kona!

I would recommend the Kona. It's the perfect size for me as my family is growing up. It drives smooth, quiet and is comfortable. The trunk space is small but have the roof racks to put a cargo container on top makes it just fine. Plus the back seats fold down, so if you don't have small children the trunk size won't matter. I love the new colors, mine is cactus fern and it fits my personality just right.

Just what I was looking for

Traded in an s2000. Got reasonable trade in. Needed another smaller vehicle to fit in my garage. Wanted ease of entrance and exit. Great features for the money. So far so good. Added these words to accommodate mandate of 250 words! Again again again

Kona love

I'm a small woman and do not need a large car or SUV. I do like to have room for my dogs and my husband if I choose. I also like sporty. This gives me everything, including features, for the price I can afford. I was in a Hyundai when I had an accident and was well protected. I love Hawaii and also love the name of the car!

My First Brand New Vehicle

This car is amazing. For me it was my first brand new vehicle. I purchased the dark gray, the color is awesome. The features inside are great. Apple Car Play is on there as well as an easy to use radio system. There are many safety features, blind spot warning, lane departure. Recently I was backing out of a spot in a shopping plaza when someone came through the lanes and right behind me. I never saw them, but my car did and hit the breaks for me. The car picks up very well on the highway. The back up camera is awesome. This car has a lot of new features I’ve never experienced and none of them disappoint. The ease of getting in and out is a bonus. No ducking down, just right in.
