Kona N - Not your average Kona

As SUV replace sedan and hatchback cars, Hyundai took an opportunity to create a hot suv and boy did they deliver. The Kona N keeps you grinning from ear to ear every time you take it for a drive. This auto is crazy and fun.

Great compact SUV that is easy to drive and has everything you need.

I am so happy with my new Kona. It is a great car that has everything I need. I am usually driving by myself and it fits me perfectly, but if I have passengers with me, that works great also. It is very easy to drive and operate and it has a great CarPlay system.

My new mini suv

So changes could be made however it takes some adjusting to become comfortable with it from my point of view. Over the road conditions are fair, considering it’s a new vehicle, leg room is good for average height people. If someone is over 6” they may have issues in the back

The Kona N is great. It's a Super Kona! It has a good adjustable ride. Good adjustable handling. Good adjustable sound. Gets great gas milage. I get 30 mpg typically. It's a multi car. I can be a gentle SUV, adjustable to a Fire Breathing SUV. Your Choice!

Great dealership experience

The Kona is a great car to drive. It is a great commuter car and fun to drive around town. With gas prices being so high, the Kona does great. It runs around 32 MPG. The interior is comfortable and the controls are within easy reach. The exterior color of "Teal Isle" is what initially drew me to that particular car at the Hyundai dealership.

Check engine light is a standard feature.

Check engine light comes on even after being serviced. The car was a graduation gift for my son, didn’t realize it would need to be serviced so frequently. No confidence in Hyundai properly addressing the problem.

Features regarding driver assist stopped working after 2 months

I only drive about 3,000 miles per year so I can't comment on how reliable the car would be if I drove 10,000 miles per year. Some driver assist options that we were working when I first purchase the car stopped working after 2 months.

Quick and comfortable ride I highly recommend if you don’t mine the transmission dual clutch jerks at times other than that awesome vehicle The Awd works good Easy to maneuver and park Good gas mileage if you drive normal , if you press the turbo you will pay at the gas pump , all functions work as they should in the inside

Great car

Great price for me. Sporty looking. Took it on a long drive and it did very well mountain driving and gas. I enjoy the sound system and comfortable and for passengers. I'm hoping the Kona will be my last car purchase.

The 2022 Hyundai Kona N is such a fantastic performance car that I'm tempted to buy a second one to preserve in storage for that day in the future when enthusiasts universally will crown it as a true classic of the Late Automotive ICE Age. A surprisingly great vehicle

I was drawn to this vehicle by the simple numbers on key points: SUV, 30MPG, AWD, 2022. I had searched all day and at the end of the day, found this last one (Literally) at the dealer nearest me. I'm 5'11", but I sit like 6'8". I can sit and fit in this one AND it has a sunroof. This vehicle surprised me more by fitting me in every seat. I wanted something not too, low to the ground and this is a perfect height to get in and out with(Not to mention avoid those parking blocks and curbs). The drive was excellent, smooth as expected on a 2022. But the test was 200 miles of road, construction, hills and turns. The AWD helps keep things secure and stable. Wireless navigation and great sound come from the infotainment system as well as wireless charging. All in all, a great little commuter with the ability to go where you need it to. The cargo space it good for gym bag and groceries. And if more space is needed, the seats fold down for the Costco run. It is however, a compact SUV, so I have the hitch and roof rack on order for some summer fun.

Good

Overall as a starter vehicle, this would be a good choice. Ride is average. Interior noise needs improvement as well as the cruise control. Our vehicle seems to have a difficult time holding speed when engaged.

Overall a good car with the exception of excessive road noise at medium and high speeds. Car gets good gas mileage on the highway. Ride quality is generally good. Like other small vehicles you feel every bump in the road.

Great Vehicle! Great purchase choice!

I really enjoy the Hyundai Kona. It is very easy to navigate and not loud and annoying inside the cab when driving. The navigation system works well. The speakers and sound are amazing. I get great gas mileage on the highway. I don’t usually drive at night but with this vehicle the lighting is highly usable and the road can be seen from every angle.

We love the style of the car. Definitely love the color and quality of the paint. The seats are comfy and love the fabric. We love the gas mileage for sure. Wish it had more console storage and trunk space would make it perfect.

More fun than I was expecting

I needed something new and more practical than the 2005 Acura RSX Type S that I was driving. Even with the 500 monthly payment, I'm still saving money with cheaper gas, better fuel economy, and not having to take it in for expensive repairs all the time. The kicker is that this Kona is every bit as fast and almost as nimble. I never thought I'd think of any type of SUV as fun to drive, but here we are.
