Will never buy another Hyundai because poor customer service.

The vehicle is a great little suv but the service is not good. My car was towed in because it wouldn’t start. I requested a courtesy car because it had to be analyzed what was wrong. I was told only people with appointments came first. It’s been 6 days and they still can’t give me a courtesy car because they are providing courtesy cars for other customers. I do not recommend this car because the customer service is terrible.

I love driving the Kona but closing the manual hatch lift is difficult for me. I can’t reach the handle to pull it down and it is difficult to close the hatch.
