Love the design and size. No inside or outside power trunk opener is inconvenient. Initial pickup a little hesitant and sluggish.

Great small sized SUV

Very comfortable with adequate leg room.

I’m 6’1” and I’d like even more leg room but it’s just enough. I purchased my Kona and was hit by a box truck 24 hours later. We were going 60 mph down the high way. The car was totaled but we were ok. I bought another one a few days later. I think it’s a safe vehicle. I was surprised we didn’t flip over.

Good Vehicle

Good car. I enjoy it. Bluelink is more of a nuisance than a help. Everytime the software is upgraded, it messes with my car. I try a reboot, call the helpdesk and I usually know more than the CSR. They tell me to take the car to the dealer. I end up having to waste my time in the dealership for a reset. The last time (one full day) I picked the vehicle up and my issue was not fixed. I give up. Now, I just don't bother with getting the software the way I want and just deal with whatever the unwanted software upload forced upon me. The sunroof motor went out less than a year after I bought the car. I've had more problems with my Kona in one year than I had with my Nissan Rogue over the lifetime of ownership.
