My Earth Mirage Kona

I like my Kona very much! Its color is unique, and I like the exterior and interior designs. It could have had more safety features like ACC as well as an independent GPS system.

Overall, the vehicle is a great vehicle

I wish that you offered a cooling steering wheel. I do have the heated steering wheel, but it would be nice to have a cooling steering wheel as well.

Screen Flickering

Within months of purchase, screens began to flicker of even turn off completely. Delearship has taken over 4 months to return my car. Reason? Because Hyundai takes a long time to receive the parts. Do not purchase this vehicle and avoid yourself tech issues and delays.

I need help with my Kona.

I need assistance. My KONA has been in the Charlie Clark Hyundai Laredo location for over 4 months. Vehicle was purchased Nov 2025. The problem was the center screen flickering while I drove. After it was fixed, cosmetic damages were done by technician(s). Kona was once again taken into service to correct the damages done by employees working on the car. I have not received updates besides “it should be done soon”. Please follow up with the delearship. 2420 Jacaman Rd Laredo, Texas
