Newer is not always better.

The vehicle is great from the mechanical side of this review. I was really disappointed with 2 changes from the 2025 limited that I still own. (1) My new limited did not come with the Homelink mirror like my 2025. (2) The led light strip access the front no longer goes all the way across l8ke my 2025 does. Both of these changes to me made the value of the model decrease as I think the limited should have all of the bells and whistles that are available. You took away some of the distinction of the model. One other thing that I noted is the lack of instructions for how to handle a flat tire in the owners manual. The Limited does not come with a spare. You are given an inflation pump but no pages are dedicated to how to use it. Fortunately I am an engineer and a mechanic so it would be no problem for me to figure it out but some customers may not be as able as me.

Rather have my subaru back

Very hard to get in and out of front drivers seat keep hitting my head. The cup holder’s do not hold large cups. Button on wheel for speed my fingers accidentally touch and my car does not speed up.

My new hyundai Kona

My new 2026 Kona has met all my expectations and exceeded them. A wonderful smaller SUV, which is just what I need. The management at Colonial Hyundai in New London CT has been very helpful, responsive and clearly customer oriented. The salesperson who directed me to this vehicle, Kendra Oddo, is knowledgeable about the fleet and very patient with me as I began to work with the various technological features of the car. I have more to learn and I'm sure Kendra will be there for me if I need her. In my experience, such after-sale support is quite unusual. Thank you Kendra.

Cargo cover not included

I’m just curious why the cargo cover is not included in the vehicle. Every vehicle I’ve had prior to this one who included it. I find it extremely silly and cheap that you guys don’t think include something so small. I will never recommend Hyundai for this very reason. Anybody who asked me about Hyundai will be told about this experience. And then to find out that they’re like $300. that’s ridiculous.

Zippy and fun to drive while still feeling safe

I previously had a 2016 santa fe and really liked that vehicle. When that one's engine died, while I was driving it, I was very sad to learn that a new engine was not going to be put in it. I was in a loaner for 2 months while I went through the process of surrendering my vehicle. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle I made a decision based on all the loaners I had and found the Kona to be the right size, good on gas and a comfortable ride overall. So far it hasn't disappointed!

Great little SUV!

I was not planning on buying an SUV when I walked into the dealership in June, but I have been so happy with my Kona! I appreciate the extra space as compared to the Elantra I traded in, without sacrificing too much on gas mileage. It is very comfortable and I love all the features it comes with.

The service at Trenton Hyundai is stellar! My sales guy Mike is the absolute best. He was patient, considerate, and took his time to explain all the extra features that my new Kona had that was very much different than the Kona I turned in.

Not As Much Fun As The Original

I had a 2019 Kona with the turbo and that car was fun to drive. I now have a 2026 with the same engine but this Kona is larger and, I assume, heavier so the turbo doesn’t seem to react the same. The handling has changed as well as it is not nearly as nimble as my old Kona. I will say it is a more comfortable car with the extra room and I enjoy the new amenities not available back in 2019.
