2026
I leased a 2024 Hyundai Kona Limited, and I absolutely loved it. It came with so many premium features, including LED headlights, and turn signal . Front and back. Digital Key, built-in GPS navigation, and other conveniences that made it feel like a truly well-equipped vehicle.
I recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Kona Limited, expecting it to be an upgrade. Instead, it feels like a downgrade. I was very disappointed to discover that it has halogen headlights instead of LED headlights, no Digital Key, and no built-in GPS navigation. You're expected to rely on Apple CarPlay or Android Auto for navigation, which isn't always convenient.
It's hard to understand why features that were standard on my 2024 Limited were removed from the 2026 Limited, especially considering the amount of money I spent. I expected newer technology and improvements, not fewer features.
Overall, I feel the 2024 Kona Limited was a much better value. If I had known these features were no longer included, I would have kept my leased 2024 instead of purchasing the 2026. I honestly wish I could return the 2026 and get my 2024 Kona Limited back.
