My Review

OVERALL, I LIKE THE VEHICLE. A FEW THINGS COULD BE FIXED OR ADJUSTED FOR THE 2021 MODEL AS I MENTIONED IN MY REVIEW. The blind spot cameras, backup and front view cameras would be more useful if they could be turned on anytime. An overhead bin instead of the rear view mirror should be an option for drivers who do not have kids.

I love it drive so smoothly and gas mileage is good as well but NOT BETTER THEN Telluride for feature exterior I will Not BUY HYUNDAI ANYMORE..they don't good for after sale ... NOONE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PROBLEM..it SUCKS..

Palisade SUV is awesome!

I am very happy with my purchase. It has numerous features and in my opinion, is a true luxury vehicle! The size is perfect, somewhat larger than many of the crossover SUVs but not too big. Having 3rd row seats with electronic controls is very convenient for changing the seating and storage configuration. I have been very impressed with the ease of learning all the features, very intuitive and the manual is easy to understand.

More for the money than most

After months of research on what I wanted in a car, I was led to the Palisade. I went and test drove it and loved that it handled like the Sonota I had owned years prior but with a lot more room. As I looked at all mid sized SUV's the Palisade kept coming out on top. The 3rd row is a quiet ride compared to some American brands and so much smoother vs a more rough ride of others. No real issues that I can speak of as of yet, at 2 months of ownership.

great car for a great price, rides and feel like a much more expensive luxury vehicle for the price, great car. Except please fix the Android auto issue, because if you have blue link service, Android auto is disabled please fix the problem.

Palaside

Was told by the fiancé manager and my salesman that the car had Bluelink. This was a must have and later found out this was not true! This was very disappointing as I really looked forward to this feature. I would’ve not bought the car if I knew it didn’t come with Bluelink.

A lot for the money, with some hangups.

Thanks to COVID-19 I didn't really drive my car for a few weeks. I eventually noticed that there's some wind noise on the driver side. It sounds like it's coming from the mirror area, but not sure. I also didn't realize that there were no speakers in the 3rd row. This matters for when my kids want to hear music and I don't, it still needs to be louder than I'd like so they can hear it over regular driving noise, that seems amplified by the no speakers. This car has a lot of bells and whistles for the price range. It handles like a car, it feels like I'm driving our Sonota again. I spent 6 months researching where I'd get more car, in a bigger car. It lead me to Hyundai. Not at all upset about my purchase and excited to see what improvements it has in a year or two.

Stunning car. / Except one minor flaw

Absolutely love this vehicle. Features are great. Just one minor flaw: While driving I am noticing wind noise from drive side window even though its closed, hopefully that can be fixed through recall or maintenance.

My 2020 Palisade

The vehicle is beautiful, but since the day I bought this car and I was told it did not come with navigation and satellite radio I have been very disappointed. The salesman did tell me to be able to use navigation and to stream music I would have to download android auto to my phone which allows waze to work as my navigation which is fine. The problem that I have is streaming Sirius satellite radio is more than inconsistent it is usually non existant due to poor signal reception.

Nice Vehicle

I'm really enjoying the purchase of this vehicle. It gives me more room than the Santa Fe which is what I had initially. With the base model i enjoy having basic features which allow me to not worry about the electronics malfunctioning.

Too early to tell

Just bought new ride so still exploring and tearing its durability. If and when I break it in to 300 miles I’ll have a better idea and can provide a more accurate feedback. I can say that I did buy the car I really wanted.

Vehicle is a great vehicle. It is just unfortunate that we have had such an issue with the check engine light being on and the shop having had possession of our vehicle longer than we have had it. I hope we can get it fixed and don’t need to initiate a buy back.

Wind Noise

I’d easily give this vehicle a 5 star for everything except I am chasing a pesky driver and passenger door wind noise issue with the dealer. They are trying their best, but it appears to be an iterative process to fix.

2020 Palisade

Overall a nice SUV and I love the fact I can extend the driver seat since I am tall. I am a salesperson who spends a lot of time driving and on the phone, so I was disappointed to say the least on the wind and road noise. I can barely hear a call when driving on the interstate, and the sound quality via Bluetooth is not very good. Other than that, a nice vehicle.
