My 3rd Hyundai

The fit and finish of the Palisade is far superior to other higher priced SUVs. Previous and current cars in the family are the Santa FE, Genesis and Elantra. If oil changes were not required, you could weld the lid shut on these vehicles! No mechanical issues on any!

LOVE this SUV.

My husband and I did a lot of research into different vehicles before ultimately choosing this one for our family of four. We primarily looked at the Toyota Sienna, Kia Carnival, Kia Telluride, and Hyundai Palisade. The Carnival wasn't available in AWD, so it was out. The Telluride is just the Palisade in a different coat, but it didn't have as many comfort features, so it was out. We actually went to a Toyota dealership to test drive a Sienna, but they didn't have any on the lot and didn't expect to have any for another month. They promised to call us when they got one in, but they never did. I didn't like the styling of the Sienna as well anyway, so when we test drove the Palisade and fell in love with it, it was an easy decision. We've had it for a year, now, and put almost 10,000 miles on it, including a cross-country road trip, and I'm still as in love with it today as I was the day we drove it off of the lot. It's SO comfortable to drive, it makes great use of the space it offers, and the safety features are just incredible. As long as we never have any major mechanical issues with it, it has honestly made us a Palisade family for life (or at least for as long as Hyundai continues to make them). There are small things I would change, but, overall, I just love this car so much. I can't even imagine myself driving anything else.

Surprisingly good family vehicle

The Hyundai Palisade is a well-engineered and comfortable family car. It has enough space for the family and luggage, and it goes down the highway with style. In fact, everything one expects such a family car to do, it does extremely well.

Beautiful, High Quality Vehicle

This vehicle has a great design and nice features. It is very comfortable. It offers a smooth ride. Gas mileage could be better, for sure. The wheels could also be more “flashy” and aesthetically appealing.

Most luxurious vehicle ever owned

More luxury then Acura and Infinity for much less money. Rides incredible, interior is beautiful. The drive is amazingly quiet, with adequate performance. Sport mode is very sporty. I love the different drive modes, they make such a difference.

An OK Vehicle

This is a good mid-sized, economical ride. It is a comfortable ride with several good features. It is sporty enough to not be considered an everyday “mom-mobile”. I would recommend this vehicle to my friends as long as they correct the fuel-saving feature that you can not turn off without pushing a button EVERY time you turn the vehicle on.

Incredible value for your money

Incredible value for your money! I can’t get over all of the extras that are included with this brilliantly designed vehicle. Everything about the ride is about comfort and safety. I love the Blindspot monitoring both visual Blindspot monitoring as well as the light indicators in the mirrors. The steering assist is smooth and functional. The adaptive cruise control is fantastic. The seats are incredibly comfortable…especially for long drives. The interior styling and exterior styling are incredibly attractive. I have loved this vehicle more than any other new vehicle I’ve ever purchased.

Great car, terrible brand management

This car gets you a lot in regards to "bang for your back". Hyundai invested heavily in the interior materials and the feel of the car is of a much higher luxury model, maybe an AUDI or BMW. Car does not have the performance of these competitors but it's not bad. Fuel economy is not great, even taking under considerations the size of the vehicle. Now, the most disappointing thing was the dealership costumer service. We got this brand new, top of the line flagship that immediately starting having problems with the passenger side camera not working. Not only could they not figure out the issue but also took months to finally fix it, damaging many other thing in the car during the process. Even my passenger side entire inside trim and seat had to be changed due to damage made by the dealership trying to figure out this issue. All and all, took them months to resolve the car's issue and, my first month of ownership, I barely drove the car because the dealership had it. It was so many issues that it's actually unbelievable

Hyundai Palisade

Very disappointed in the finance department. I went in wanting to pay for vehicle in full that day but was told that I couldn’t, and was given dates to make each payment. When I received payment book and called Hyundai, they informed me that this was a tactic at dealerships to ramp up interest charges. I paid off vehicle on that call, but wasn’t given the accrued interest back.

Not as happy as I hoped but it’s a okay car. For the price point we spent I expected more. Not sure I would buy this car again In the future. In fact I’m thinking about selling and going back to previous make.

Great vehicle

Feels like much more expensive vehicle. Zero complaints after owning for 1 year and over 10k miles. Love the interior styling and comfort of seats. The driver assist and radar cruise control are amazing features.

Overall, great vehicle

Gas mileage is great considering the size. It has fantastic interior space, especially in the 3rd row. At 6ft 2in, I can sit comfortably in the 3rd row, unlike in many "3rd row" vehicles. The standard features that Hyundai puts into this vehicle is amazing! Many other manufacturers want to nickel and dime you for each feature that came standard with the Palisade.

Love at first sight

I knew what i wanted for my first car and this has not disappointed me, it has hit my expectations and been a wonderful experience from the begining, i feel safe with my kids in the car and the ability to put the seats down makes moving and shopping so much more pleasant

More car than I expected

My 2021 Palisade is the smartest car I’ve ever owned. Good looking car as well. I’d recommend it to everyone. Great vehicle for the money. Beautiful car to look at as well. Drives smooth and has plenty of zip. It has a boatload of excellent standard and additional options.

Love my Palisade

The ease to climb in and out …having air vents on the top and for the 3rd row is very important especially living in AZ. No other vehicle with a 3rd row has vents on top. I love all the safety features!
