Bang for your buck!

The Hyundai Palisade offered a lot more than expected. Compared to other vehicles in its class it’s has by far the most to offer for the price. It’s a vehicle you can customize to your style of receive exactly what u expect. We are pleased with the customer service as well as the vehicle amenities.

Very happy with the palisade

The safety ratings are excellent. And the value for the money is excellent. It is well over $10,000 cheaper than a Lincoln aviator! Inside, the interior is very roomy. We like the second and third the folding seats. It doesn’t drive like a big vehicle, it handles very nicely.

Love it. No issues other the the iPhone connection. The car is great, comfy, safe and so far reliable. The wheels are decent, but I'd like to have had an opportunity to select a second option on the Palisade Calligraphy.

what's up with the noise on the engine when I start it?

I just purchased a 2021 palisade, I love it beautiful drives great smells great (no garlicy smell) however when I first turn on the car and even longer then that the engine seems to make a knocking noise like if it was a old car idk what that is. I made an appointment to take it back so they could look at it. besides that I have no other issues to report I mean the car has only 90 miles idk if this is normal any suggestions anyone?

New Palisade

Actual rating should be 4 1/2 stars. Vehicle is a bit fussy and overcomplicated, but is otherwise solid. It cruises well and does very well in winter weather conditions. Mileage is better than expected.

Great SUV

Overall, Palisade is great, going to point out only the issues. Can't believe there's no XM Radio app on the Palisade SEL, even my old Chevy's have that. On the highway the I can hear the radio well up front but not in the rear, I think there's no rear speakers. I don't like the reverse camera stays on when I'm moving forward & hate the pay attention message everytime I start the car. Could not set up Android Auto with any of my Android phone. Center console is too low and creates an uncomfortable feeling while driving. My arms get tired. The center console should be adjustable forward/aft and should be higher.

This is a nice down size from a large suv. I love all the bells and whistles it has and the exterior lights are bright. MY only con is that it gives a bumpy ride and it's noisy inside of the suv when driving.

Make sure you take a long test ride in both seats while driving it before purchase/lease. I find that the seats are extremely uncomfortable and probably wouldn’t have bought it had I rode in both seats before signing the paperwork

Love it

Love it. I love everything about the vehicle except the radio stations has no frequency. The truck is an ok size but i think it could be bigger. Hyundia in west palm beach sucks 100%. Overall I love this vehicle.

Too bad the dealership management doesn't match the vehicle. Typical after the sale attitude. Too bad. Took what could have been an outstanding experience and just made it an ordinary, expected big dealership experience. Too bad.

Good but not great

Love the tech, voice recognition has been much improved. It’s almost as good as Apple play. Why is it so hard to get a vehicle with towing included. Why isn’t the rear view mirror illuminated. Needs more power and engine is a little rough.

Over all pleased but not totally happy with the dealer.

I have not had the vehicle very long so I can’t comment to mush about it ,but i’m Very pleased so far. They should have more of a color selection for the exterior. It handles very nice and the ride is smooth I would recommend the vehicle to a friend.

This car is smooth riding, has good handling, and is very comfortable. Fuel mileage seems to be very good for a car this size. I am mildly annoyed with the push button gear selection, and I wonder about the lack of a low gear choice for driving in mountains. Does the car have brains enough to pick a low gear when going downhill on a mountain road? The car jerks into low gear if you have to back up downhill when starting. It doesn't do this on level ground. If there is a way of preventing this back up problem (which can cause the wheels to spin on soft grass or dirt) I will be completely satisfied with this car.

2021 Palisade

We have only owned the vehicle, 2021 Palisade Limited, for two months and driven for 700 miles. Overall, appearance and comfort, we are impressed. This is are first Korean manufactured vehicle we have owned and think the craftsmanship equals or is better than other vehicles. We have owned seven vehicles in the past eight years so have exposure to all types of product lines. Each vehicle was purchased new which affords unbiased thoughts of quality, performance and customer service. Listed below are some pros and cons PRO 1. Layout / accessibility 2. Ease of use ( technology) 3. Field of view 4. Comfort of seats 5. Space / storage 6. Handling 7. Safety features CON 1. Sometimes features don’t work ( engine stops at stop light / next drive it doesn’t) 2. Outside mirrors don’t fold in auto 3. Doors will not auto lock when leaving vehicle ( this is a real pain ) 4. No place for sun glass storage 5. Lacking arm rest on front seats 6. Cannot listen to text message / even though it has info displayed for such 7. Wind whistle front windows My biggest concern is the repeatability of software. It will be interesting when I go for maintenance and what response I get from dealership.

Amazing Value with One Huge Flaw... No Electronic Side View Mirrors, which is crazy for this new of a vehicle with all of the other bells and whistles. Truly amazing value, but this flaw has already caused us to break the mirror backing out the garage in first 30 days.

New Palisade

the car is wonderful...Dealer fell short of my expectations. The process took too long....over 5 hours. I felt like a hostage. The dealer mishandled the car registration process and 30-days later I am struggling with the California DMV. The dealership has been little to no help.
