Great car but with its flaws

Spacious with great luxurious interior. However the wind and road noise is a bit excessive on freeway, no wireless apple carplay on the higher trims, and fuel economy is very low when compared to competitors

Noise

Thus far I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Hyundai Calligraphy Palisade. The only thing that I have noticed is I am not sure how aerodynamic it is or isn’t but when the windows are down and the sunroof is open— it just seems much louder than my Acura MDX I had... otherwise I am still learning all the “techy “ stuff

Great SUV...but!

Well the dealership I went to said that I have to bring my vehicle in every 3k to change oil or it will void the warranty...which I was not happy about. So I have to pay every other oil change...which is very deceiving advising!

Great Car. Some features drive me crazy.

We bought this car new and have had no type of issues. The car has Bluelink, which is an app that proves useful but is expensive one the trial runs out. Not to mention the concerns I have with vehicle privacy if the service is declined. Mechanically the car seems sound. It's still new so it's hard to gauge reliability. Either way I love it, so far.

Reliable Ride

Excellent value for such a quality vehicle. Enjoyable ride with plenty of room and all the up to date comforts and technology both inside and out. Would like to see better pick-up response for such a large vehicle but that could be a result to having just 6 cylinders instead of 8 cylinders.

Palisade Review

The car is well built; it's quite and the overall driving experience is good. It provides lots of interior room and comfort. My criticisms are the interior controls are confusing and not easily understood. Also the rear seats are bucket seats and when they are down, there is a large gap in between making storage difficult for smaller items that fall into that space. Hyundai should provide a space filler to make that area between those 2 rear seats level all the way across.

2021 Hyundai Palisade

The 2021 Palisade is definitely a step above the 2021 Telluride which I have also owned. The ride, handling, interior, etc... are ALL a step above the Kia Telluride. The Kia Telluride is a sporty and bumpy ride with not so good braking. The Hyundai Palisade is a smooth luxury ride with good braking. The only downfall is the Palisade doesn't offer the auto folding mirrors. Other than this the Palisade is the clear winner.

Love this vehicle for the safety features.

Beautiful car. Very comfortable and I love the safety features. The reason I gave 4 stars is it doesn't have enough storage spaces for me. Also do not like the wheels. Have noticed the engine tends to stall, will have that checked out.

Love the exterior look, plenty of room for the family when on road trips. Interior very comfortable and the captain seats are amazing. Wish their was more cargo space when rear seat is up for luggage.

Excellent vehicle, outstanding features, awesome looks. Exceptional warranty and bluelink feature. Variety driving modes. Sits too low especially 3rd raw, very low profile hitch assembly, hutch assembly in target of exhaust fume, fire hazard, vehicle doesn't say on the back if its SE or SEL or Limited etc.

Great to Almost overall excellent

Comfortable, reliable, fun to drive with high performance. Needs improvement with fuel economy and maybe luggage area when considering using all the 7 or 8 passenger seats. I will recommend buying atleast the premium mid class to have the maximum satisfaction

New 2021 Pali Owner

I love my Palisade. It is my second one. I previously owned the 2020. I didn't notice before but the front vents should be split between the driver and passenger. The front passenger vent should move close towards the passenger not the driver. Otherwise, the Palisade is an awesome SUV to own. I really like the multiple driving modes. It rides comfortably.

Smooth Ride

I am used to driving luxury vehicles that have all the bells and whistles, which I purchase pre owned. I decided to purchase the Palisade as I really liked the idea of the captains chairs and I loved the look of the vehicle. Some of my review is highly compared to luxury vehicle. Had I opted for the Limited, I think many of my lower ratings would be much higher. Buying the Palisade new I ended up with the SEL which misses out on some key features for me like power passenger seat, heated back seats, memory seats, better camera assist, better sound quality, etc. However, all that said, I have a brand new vehicle that I love to drive and am ready to go on road trips!

Nice vehicle. Auto seat fold gets hung up on the captain arm rests. Needs turn signal on side view mirror so driver can see it when on. Needs clothes hangers in rear. Stop with the mandatory dealers add ons.

It's a new car, everything works good as it should. Only complains I have is, both my husband and I are in the 70s, seating comfort is very important. Also, we like to travel, that's why we bought this car, however the seats seems not that comfortable for the old people, and I put a seat cushion, it said that my air bag is off. other than that, it has a lot of new tech gadgets which we like. GREAT vehicle, some wonderful features. Would love it more if we could figure out how to use all the great features. Training for new vehicle buyers would be a BIG plus. Love the driver assist and the safety features.

The Palisade is still new. It really hasn’t had time to have issues one would hope. Anyway I’m enjoying the vehicle so far. I also am figuring things out, I’m not overly technical. It definitely has all kinds of bells and whistles. I’ll get used to it eventually, I hope.

Palisade calligraphy

Disappointed with lack of wireless connection for android and apple car play. Transmission doesn’t perform great at low speed. Gas mileage could be better. Need hybrid version of vehicle. 360 view should come on automatically when parking.
