Great

Everyone was very helpful at the dealership, set with me and showed me all of the features overall great experience. The vehicle is fun to drive very zippy and great gas mileage. I love the interior night lighting.

Love my Palisade, best vehicle I've ever had!

I would recommend a Kona or Palisade to anyone! My husband drives a Kona and I have the amazing Palisade! We have 2 kids that play sports and the space is perfect! I feel super safe in my Palisade! They love the charger units in the back seat!

Great Family SUV

The Palisade is easily my favorite vehicle yet! It's perfect with 2 kiddos and we love the extra space from having captains chairs and the option to use the 3rd row occasionally for extra riders. Plenty of trunk space with third row folded down for trips. We've had ours about 9 months and while there was a recall already, the deadlership handled it within a few hours and had us back on the road. Stylish, functional vehicle. Very happy with this purchase for our family and all of the included tech and safety features!

Palisade Caligraphy

Great vehicle (strong family ties to the Teluride, but a little more slick execution). Does everything a family wagon should do, but sits in a much nicer package. Very good interior, simple infotainment function... Not over the top, but a solid value (if you can find one).

Overall a great vehicle, could use a few additional options at this price level

At $50K there are some options missing that competitors offer, like automatic power folding mirrors, which are needed on a vehicle of this size when parking or driving down narrow streets, Since a tow package is offered it should include the actual tow bar and 4 or 7 pin connectors, not just the pre-wiring. While having the wiring already installed, the additional $700- $1000 that is required to purchase and install the receiver, connector, and brake assist module is ridicules, they should be included with a vehicle advertised being able to tow up to 5,000lbs. EVERY other manufacturer offers the tow packages with these items.

Well built SUV full of great features

We've had our Palisade for a year and we love it. Great styling, tons of features, and plenty of space. For its size, it drives nicely and provides a smooth and comfortable ride. Replaced an 8 year old Hyundai Sonata that had no issues, so I'm anticipating good reliability and longevity from this SUV as well.

Safe and comfortable!

I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade in February 2021. It was a great vehicle. I would have preferred that it cornered a little more tightly and didn’t feel so boxy. The vehicle has lots of storage and space. Interior feels expensive. On January 21, I was hit head on (50-55 mph) on an icy road. The steering wheel air bag deployed, and a leg airbag deployed. I walked away without a SCRATCH. I am very thankful to have been in such a safe vehicle, and am sad that it was totaled in the accident. It was too expensive in the current market to replace the vehicle.

Comfortable affordable vehicle and very roomy inside and storage, don't like that the mirrors don't fold un automatically and when driving long distance the seats are uncomfortable after a 10 hour drive

Near perfect car

I traded in a 2018 Santa Fe unadorned with the bells and whistles for the Palisade Calligraphy with all the bells and whistles. It is everything I was expecting and then some. I am retired and wanted something to be comfotable in and reliable for road trips. It is just that.

I am glad I bought it, I had not planned to buy a replacement vehicle for a couple more years when the EV market had matured. But the toyoto battery system failed at 60K and we needed a replacement now.ase it

I like the car. Like all new models it is very complicated to understand and utilize all the electronic functions. The Lee Johnson dealer is 45 miles away and very helpful if I need help, it takes me too much time to get there. The nearby dealer in Totem Lake was the only dealer of all the cars and brands I looked at who I found to be the typical bad image of bait and switch of car sales. when my 3 year lease is up I will check with the Lee Johnson Kia dealership in nearby Kirkland before I decide to keep this car.

Great Car overall

The car drives great and seems to be made well. There are several safety features. I thought I would like the new gear shift design. It has buttons instead of a gear shift. But I like the handle instead of the buttons better.

Perfect family SUV

Tons of features n very comfortable for long drives. Worth the money you spend. Way better then BMW or Audi or Mercedes’ becz u won’t get the features that palisade had, very stylish n solid build. Most important my kids loves this one

So far a quality built vehicle. Some road noise issues but not a show stopper. Last Infotainment update was a disappointment as it changed the look and functionality that I expected to be maintain as purchased.

The Palisade is without question one of the nicest most reliable vehicles we have owned.

Not happy with it

Not happy with it feels like an old suv and smells moldy every time I turn on the ac the front window makes cracking sounds if I go over 40 . I had replace the windshield because the class cracked and I still can hear the cracking sound

Excessive oil consumption has spoiled our experience with this new vehicle.

This vehicle has many good characteristics, but its oil consumption is completely unacceptable. Oil consumption first Identified ~600 miles, and has continued through current mileage: 13K Will not consider another HMC vehicle unless this Issue is corrected.

Great car

HDA and safety features are awesome. Very good audio system. AWD performance on dirt roads and in bad weather is good. Overall a good package of features. I think seats should be made just a little bit more comfortable. And there's the funny front face :).

Great Suv

This car is replacing a Suburban, provides room first my kids and their gear. It was hard going from such a big car to something smaller, but this has made the transition much easier. My sons hockey hear fits well with additional room for more.
