Quality

Best vehicle for the money in its class. Plenty of room for people and baggage. I love the fact that I can put my golf clubs in the back horizontally. Can't do that with many vehicles in this class. Plenty of leg room front and back.

Best purchase I made!

I absolute love my Palisade, and so does everyone that rides in it. It is a smooth ride and extra comfy. All button are easy to reach while driving safely. I really wish I would have purchased with the BlueLink feature but that was my own oversight.

Excellent Hyundai Palisade

The very best vehicle we’ve ever owned. Very classy, smooth ride, with all the bells and whistles. The gas mileage is very surprising for that type of mid size suv. We have taken two long trips to Colorado and it’s been amazing.

Great ride and Performance!

Worth every penny! Great looks, ride, features and performance. Available in a lot more colors than original model. Very comfortable seats that have every type of adjustment. The heated seats and steering wheel come in handy when it’s cold outside. The temperature control for front and rear seats is perfect for passengers to set their desired temperature.

Fun car all around

This is one of the best cars I have ever owned. Fun to drive, spacious, can practically use as a truck when the back seats are down. Great in snow. I feel safe in this car especially important because sometimes I have my granddaughters in the car. Hyundai has been communicative from the onset of me purchasing this car.

I love my vehicle because after I purchased it, I was in A car accident. The force It was so hard but The vehicle protected my husband. The dealership body shop was able to put my baby back together again.

Beautiful car - has problems that Need to be addressed

The car itself is stunning. But ours has been plagued with issues . 1) drivers mirror appears to be melting in areas 2) rear spoiler same issues as mirror 3) rear hatch has 2 indentations in it . 4) rear bumper has mark under paint that looks like a fingerprint. 5) trim on back right window loose and coming off. 6) engine noise - when starting from a stop - it sounds like a lifter coming bad. 7) headlights - people flash their lights at us as if our high beams are on - when they are not. The dealer has been great - 5 stars in my book , but they have ordered parts still waiting for them . when parts get here they all have to be painted . Not what I would expect for a top of the line car . This is our 8th Hyundai never had issues like this before , very disappointed.

Best car ever!

We previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe Limited Ultimate and loved it. It was the first Hyundai we owned. My wife wanted something a little bit larger and we wanted another Hyundai, so we bought a 2021 Palisade Calligraphy. It is truly a dream car!

Very happy with the dealership,it’s employees and overall experience. The car has been great and fun to drive. I’m a pretty big person and find the front seats just a bit too narrow for my back and shoulders. Other than that very happy with the vehicle. Survey a bit too long though

Best vehicle experience so far

I bought this car for the room it provides and comfort for the family, we haven't been on family vacation with it yet, but have been on road trips, and the experience has been grate , everyone fits and with plenty of room, and the driving was excellent, the lane assist and cruise control was a big hit for me, this thig can practically drive it self.

Tough to beat for luxury, style, performance and price.

We've been very happy with our purchase. We bought a Calligraphy model and it has a great combination of features and performance.Gas mileage has also been better than expected and it requires regular gas.

Love my Palisade!! Highly recommend!

I love almost everything about my Palisade. The acceleration from a hill is a bit lagging but otherwise I have all the power I need. I’m a bit of aggressive driver so power is important to me. The road noise is a bit more than I’d expect at the higher price point of the package I purchased. Overall this car is loaded with features and I’m loving my driving experience!

Great smooth ride somewhat good on gas

Nice on long rides. Feels like a Cadillac ride on highway. Have driven to Vegas & California last year. Great room inside the 3rd row. Great for storage and lots of room for any size once the seats are folded down. Fit a 10 ft ladder in vehicle and had a little room left.

Best new vehicle purchase in my life.

When comparing to other highly rated new vehicles and some not so highly rated like my old SUV model, there are quite a few things that make the Palisade superior to all of the others. The exterior and interior designs are attractive and interior materials and design compare equal or better than most any SUV on the market and at half the price in all cases. Hyundai has thought of and included as standard many of the features, especially safety, that are options or not available on others. The Palisade has a good ride height and ground clearance and is still easy to get in and out of, and there is plenty of leg/foot room especially impressive is the second row legroom and ease of egress. My previous SUV I had to have a foot on the running board and turn my feet sideways to get in the back. The back seat captains chairs are identical to the front seats and can even come heated and cooled. All of the driving safety features work flawlessly and the adaptive cruise control/lane centering feature is simply amazing. I could go on and on about why I’m so glad I chose the Palisade, but must mention the warranties and free maint. As a selling point and also Hyundai’s high quality standards. I have not had a single issue or concern in this first year of ownership.

The dealership was awful but the car is good. It has a couple of glaring design issues but other wise nice car to drive

The dealership where we purchased was terrible. The car is nice. It has a couple of terrible design issues but other wise ok. I hate how esasily it soils on inside seats and walls. The reflective silver piece off projector is horribly distracting and has millage could be better

Good overall car. Only issue is window noise. Price point was right about where we wanted to be other than the fact that they were not doing as much negotiations on the price. Would have liked to see some black rims on it instead of aluminum
