Top of the class

When it came time to replace our old family hauler, I wanted to move into a more luxury oriented CUV since the kids are gone and we primarily would use it to go out with another couple, haul church kids for youth events and primarily keep the back row down for our Husky and Jack Russel. In the end it came down to the Palisade and the Lincoln Aviator, and the Aviator wasn’t 20K+ nicer. After a year of trouble-free ownership, we have been very happy with the Palisade Limited.

Good vehicle.

Good vehicle with no problems in over 9 months. Ride is good. Needs better protection from rock chips on lower sides. Protective cladding would help. No reason to have white inside wheel well in the back wheels. Should have rear auto braking when you get near objects.

Great vehicle, packed with features, very comfortable and very good value. Very good safety features and well designed interior and instrumentation. Good acceleration and handling and very good fuel consumption.

Nice car

Good car. 2 cons. Gas mileage relatively low in comparison with other similar cars. Also, hard to find the dome light while driving. It's not lit enough or separated enough from other buttons.

Great Vehicle, Great experience...... Except for the major axle failure covered by warranty

Love the vehicle. Love the features. Everything we were looking for! Couldn't complain at all.... until an axle failed and it's been in the dealer shop for more than a month. Having the issue covered under warranty is great, but having to rent a car so our family can function for more than a month is a huge drawback. Very disappointing.

Impressed at quality and performance. Very comfortable on long drives. Road noise is only issue that I have encountered. The service department is great and vehicle warranty is great. I would buy again

A very nice vehicle

After much study I settled on the Palisades principle on comfort and leg room. the price was very competitive as compared to a similar Ford Explorer. The safety features were on par with a Volvo and similar vehicles.

Excellent vehicle

This is best vehicle I have ever owned. I have had some good ones, i.e. Hyundae Vera Cruse, Acura MDX. None have exceeded the quality of the Palasade. With all of features some of the controls can be confusing such as the audible lane change warning. I accidently turned the feature on and had to google how to turn it off.

I don’t understand this question

This is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have owned top of the line vehicles Cadillacs, Audis and I still believe my Palisade has the best ride, best gas mileage. Looks great! Easy to handle. Thumbs up to Hyundai!!

Exceeds Expectations

Our initial car shopping was for a comfortable SUV type vehicle that could also tow a trailer. Our going in vehicle was the Kia Telluride but was won over to the Hyundai Palisade because of it's more refined appearance, with an interior package we were much happier with, that still provided the "grunt" that the Telluride offers. After owning the Palisade for just over half a year we are still surprised at refinements we find.

Love my palisade!

My car is comfortable and drives super smooth with plenty of ‘get up and go’ if I need to get a move on. It comfortably fits all my kids and dogs and I have 4 and 3 respectively so it’s a lot to handle and the Palisade does it effortlessly.

So far it’s a great vehicle. I love the body style. It reminds me of classic elegance. I do think the it’s under powered. The heated and cool seats work great and the heated steering wheel is a welcome option. Well done.

Excellent car with many options that add comfort and convenience. My husband especially enjoys the driver assistance that is helpful during nighttime driving. I really like the space that allows us to travel with our pets.

Love my Palisade!

This is an exceptional vehicle! It rides and drives great! Love the styling, comfort and ergonomics of my 2021 Palisade! Hyundai's 5 year 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and the 10 year 100,000 mile driver train warranty is reassuring. I have had 4 Hyundai vehicles since 2006 and have never had a problem with any of them.

Smooth as silk!

I would’ve been happy with the Sante Fe but my wife wanted the Palisade. I was concerned because of the price. But when you get a Sante Fe loaded with options you can run up the price tag. Why not get more bang for your buck. The bigger the better and a ride that is smooth as silk. We love it, thank you!

Great SUV with one very annoying thing

We love the palisade. 6500 miles driven in about 5 months and we love every mile. It’s very comfortable on long distance trips and is decent on gas for the size and how I drive. Occasionally we go on a 4-6 hour (one way) road trip going between 85-100 mph the whole way and usually get between 23-26 mpg (according to the computer) and don’t have to fill up until we get to our destination (still with about 1/4 tank). The interior is great. Love the digital dash, gigantic infotainment screen and the pano roof. Wish it was one piece but we rarely open it so it’s fine. One thing I dislike about these car companies is how they’ll have wireless charging but not wireless CarPlay. My other car has both wireless charging and CarPlay and it’s great and makes sense to have a wireless charger for it. Doesn’t make sense to have a wireless charger in this car since it doesn’t have wireless CarPlay and plenty of USB ports. The thing I least like about it is the acceleration (unless you’re in sport mode and using more gas). There is a lot of lag between flooring it (in any mode except sport) and actually getting torque out of the engine. It eventually gets there but it’s about 1-3 seconds and is quite annoying especially in smart mode. That’s the only big complaint about the vehicle I have.

Very stylish ride with lots bells and whistles for the price!

We compared a couple different SUV’s before purchasing our Palisade. We feel we got the most bang for our buck with this car. It’s our first Hyundai and man we’re impressed. So many more features than comparable vehicles in this price range. The exterior is sleek and stylish and the interior makes you think you’re driving a luxury car. Nice work Hyundai!

Nailed It!

This vehicle isn't just for the soccer parents, it's for the big dog parents too! Wonderful for trips where you can lay the 3rd row down to put things AND have other people ride in the vehicle too! The ability to hook up a trailer is amazing. This is an amazing luxury ride that is affordable.
