Bought car in Oct 2021 -

Vehicle meets our expectation - only regret is that all of our other Hyundai's were purchased at another dealership - we went to this dealership because it was closer to home and had the vehicle we wanted - now we realize we should have stayed with the other dealership.

Idle sound

My 2021 Palisade sounds as if it’s knocking when running idle, it’s loud. It just started 3 months after purchase. It’s very spacious and a joy to drive. The different accessories and features are a joy.

We love our Palisade!

We have driven Toyotas for 37 years. We changed to a Palisade because we felt it was a better value and we love all the technology and safety features. The warranty is unbeatable. I bought a Hyundai Extended Warranty that covers the car bumper to bumper for for ten years and 120,000 miles.

Good value for the money

Great quality car with all the gadgetry imaginable. Safety features are fantastic (driver's assist, heads up display, rear & front cameras, and motion sensors. The only downside is a noisy cabin on most road surfaces.

Great car!

Great car, loved my Santa Fe. Would buy the Santa Fe agaiin. The Palisade is the safest car for my age. The head up display is a must for senior and other drivers. No other car on the road is as handsome as the Palisade!

Over all review

So far very good I wish would have better tires The ones i have it’s very bad for a rainy day !! Velcro in the vehicle is very bad. Doors are very noisy when driving, wind noise. Better turn ratios would be very good

Great SUV

The Hyundai Palisade is a great full size SUV with 3 rows of seats. It has wonderful features and a great car to travel long distances due to the comfortable features. Great gas mileage and very easy to drive with fantastic features.

I love this vehicle

When looking for my forever vehicle I wanted something that could support my expanding family and my preference. This vehicle has everything that I could want or need. I used to not like driving at all and now any time we need to go somewhere I want to drive in my palisade!

Picked this over Audi, no regrets

We were looking for a mid-size crossover with AWD and a lot of safety and tech features. We bought the Limited and it has all of the features we were looking for. I didn't care for the wheel design on the Calligraphy and they weren't making the color I purchased in that trim level at the time. We used AWD on a mountain pass in CO and it performed great. On a long road trip, we were all comfortable and loved the ride, heating/cooling and cargo space! I wish there was an option for a built in entertainment system for the kids DVDs.

My Palisade is a great vehicle, still!

I've just passed the year mark on my 2021 Palisade Limited and have racked up 27K miles. Still love the vehicle. Rides great, quality matches anything I've ever owned (multiple Hondas), and still performs like new. Gas mileage hits as high as 28 mpg on occasion at freeway speeds. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

Very Satisfied

I researched the Palisade extensively before we purchased it. I liked the appearance first and then began looking at all the details and became more convinced that it would be the best value for all the comforts and features. I have not been disappointed. The only negative has been the windshield. I know they will be chipped at times but I have already had to replace it from a very small one and now will have to again. I have only had the car for a year.

Great family vehicle, entertainment needs improvement

Great family vehicle. Spacious, comfortable, and has plenty of power with great fuel economy. Only downfall is the entertainment aspect. Apple car play does not stay connected and disconnects constantly. Very annoying.

Don't buy

Bought new, nothing but issues. Wish we had never bought it. The car had transmission issues right after we bought it. Has been in twice for that issue and still am not happy. Excessive noise. Been in twice for that issue also, still not fixed properly

Palisade Calligraphy Excellent Driving and Riding experience

Performs beyond expectation. Consumer Reports sold me on this car early on in my search. My only disappointment has been the plastic look interior trim and the fact that Calligraphy shows no where on the car. After all, It is the highest end model and was an upgrade at least in price. Most makers show Limited on their high end models to distinguish superiority, I hope I don't sound arrogant and prideful. It did amount to additional money.
