Almost perfect

I was very excited for the Palisade, it's a very nice car with a lot of amenities. I just hope that they can work the kinks out with wind noise. I know this was a problem with the 2020, but apparently, in our new car, also a problem with the 2021. We have owned our car for a few weeks and it's been in the service department twice now to repair warped sealing around the passenger door that caused a whistling wind noise while driving.

The features on this vehicle are second to none!!! I love the handling, it's a lil noisy in the cabin and gas mileage can use a tweak, but overall I would definitely recommend the Palisade Caligraphy

Great Value

Great value for what you get. Has very few problems. Car is easy to use with so many features. The sound system is better than in previous car I have owned. One of the best seating areas for the rear third row passengers of all cars I checked out. No other car could beat this in this size of car.

Decent value for the money

This vehicle is comfortable, roomy, and responsive. IT comes with a lot of creature comforts and safety features but also lacks a bit of options when it comes to selection of options in the narrow cookie cutter trims. How does an SEL $40 car not come with XM? Makes no sense unless Hyundai is trying to push you to the next trim. Compare it to a similarly priced Subaru Accent and I cant help being disappointed that some features are missing.

Love this rig.

We've had this car for almost 1000 miles and it's been great so far. We wish the gas mileage were better and we do worry about the windshield breaking, but it's an excellent car and we're very happy with our choice. If you can get past the weird grill, it's terrific all around. (And the outside styling is great other than the grill.)

This is a great vehicle. I love the design, comfort level, safety features, and camera angles. I wish there was more storage area in the back of the vehicle. Hyundai definitely needs to make trailer hitches and roof racks standard on the limited trims for 46,000 plus dollars.

Very nice but leather snells

Auto design is excellent but the interior has a very strong smell, gets me stuffy and wheezing every time I drive it. Motor also has a noise when in park position. Nice design great leg room. Scored high in the safety test.

Wind Noise Problem

All the car is incredible , beautifull and safe .The size and economy is amazing .Interior Trim is perfect , also is very easy to fold the setas, tha space is huge .The only great problem is the wind noise when driving , Im waiting that Hyundai can fix it , then the car wil be out of this World .

Perfect

The vehicle runs smoothly, however, it produce loud wind noise at a speed of 65 and above which I suspect comes from the side driving mirrors. It has great stability in curves. The number of USB port and cup holders gives a experience.

Need improvement on entertainment system, and need to have build in navigation system and have build in Blue Link in all of your vehicles over 30,000 dollars. Also check the paint job on all vehicles before selling them.

Satisfied purchaser. Have had excellent experience with 2017 Genesis G90, and so far happy with new 2021 Palisade.

Our Palisade has met expectations. We bought it in part due to total satisfaction with 2017 Genesis G90, and so far are satisfied in most every respect. Wish steering wheel offered more adjustability, and electric operation, being the one source of modest disappointment.

Palisade

Other than the engine failing in the first three days we owned , not even 450 miles on vehicle, after engine was replaced we enjoy the Pslisade. The Hyundai customer care and Hyundai dealer in Kansas City took care of engine problem, gave us a loaner to drive for a month and then had our Palisade delivered to our local dealer. We like the smoothness and also the power.

Lot to learn on the new 2021 Palisade

Survey is TOOOOOOO long, you are lucky I finished it. Too many new features on the Palisade, the engine stopping and restarting is strange, car rolls sometimes and the response to brake and gas are different and some what difficult to adjust to. Eventually I will have it figured out and will like it.

2021 palisade

I was excited to purchase my new car. It had been 33 years since my last brand new car. I did a lot of research and decided on the palisade. I chose a 21 model because I didn’t want to have to write 20 on anything else once this year was done! Overall, I love my car. I have some issues with the brakes and tire pressure lights. My complaint is lack of help at any Hyundai dealership so far. I have dealt with four dealerships in total and don’t have much good to say about any of them. Customer service is not too on their list. That’s too bad as I really love my car but my desire to own a Hyundai is fading fast.

Wind noise is excessive at speeds above 45. They didn’t start until about 3000 miles after purchasing vehicle. but Overall a great car so far and I would definitely recommend to family and friends to purchase in the future

Very Happy with my vehicle choice.

This vehicle meets all my needs for my family. It is very comfortable to drive and we have plenty of room space so one one feels crowded. I love the Blue Link app. with all the features to go with it. The 1 thing I hope gets added soon to the app is when i use my remote start feature it has the heated steering wheel but not the heated seats. Please add this feature ASAP. This is the only thing missing to perfection
