Not Satisfied

The drivers seat is uncomfortable, the Air Conditioning is not sufficiently cold, the wipers malfunction and the dealer says they don't know why and I have to take it back. The drivers seat self adjusts and when I asked about that the dealer didn't at first know and then stated it was normal yet I can't find it in the owners manual that it should be self adjusting on the sides

I am very happy with the design of the car, but the navigation system, usb connection and the wireless charging is broken only the second week after we purchase the car. also the dealer is not very helpful when we looking for help.

Very satisfied with my new Hyundai

I purchased my Hyundai new. So far I have had only limited driving (no distant highway driving.) My intown experience has been excellent. Two items I wish had been inclued are aotomatic folding side view mirrors, ane wireless Android auto. Overall. Very satisfied.

Nice car

The parking assist cameras are angled in such a way that they can sometimes literally not "see" vertical posts. After selecting and using the Wi-Fi Hotspot, the radio audio is muted. Though the audio can be enabled again, the process for doing so is neither clear nor obvious. The remote locking feature's audio beep is too quiet to help me find my car in a parking lot.

Seamless experince buying Hyundai Palisade.

Working with Joshua Davidson of Key Hyundai - Jacksonville was an absolute pleasure! Josh is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. 2023 Palisade I'm was a great purchase for us. It has common balancing problems but not as much as most vehicles. We love it! Wish we could change some features like the navigation voice and disable auto stop/start of engine. But overall, really good

Great Ride-Annoying Resets

This car is extremely comfortable. It drives very well, and has a lot of power. It gets good gas mileage for how big it is. About every 3 weeks the electronics get reset back to factory reset. This is annoying because you have to go in and reset all of the things that you like back to where you want them to be. This takes quite a lot of time.

Love Everything about it, but I dislike the fact that it did not come with a tow hitch and wiring harnessharness hit

Don’t really have anything to add. I like everything about the vehicle the way it drove all the way it handled. I just did not like that. I had to buy my own trailer hitch and wiring harness and have it installed. I am still waiting for Hyundai to release the removable panel to go around the trailer hitch.

My new Hyundai Palisade exceeded my expectations!!

I worked for one of the big 3 for over 42 years and was a company driver for over 20 yrs. Over my career, I've personally purchased or leased at least 25+ vehicles. The overall quality, reliability, functionality, and execution of the Palisade are the best I've ever had. The dealership experience was second to none. Simply outstanding. The ride/handling is very smooth and responsive. The craftsmanship is better than the very high-end premium luxury models.

A very nice vehicle. It looks and drives well.

This is a wonderful vehicle. It handles nicely and looks good on the road. I do like all the driver features. There are some nice surprised like the heads-up display, console display options. There are features in general that provide the driver with a lot of varied information. The automatic 2nd and 3rd row are a definite plus.

The Hyundai Palisade has the ultimate Bank for your Buck

I had had my 2023 Palisade Calligraphy for over a month now and I am still loving this vehicle. I had taken two five to six hour road trips so far. The comfort of this vehicle is outstanding. The ride is very quiet and smooth. I really appreciate all the safety features too. I am convinced that I chose well.

Awesome car!!

I absolutely love this car! Beautiful well equipped. Some of the features are hard to understand bit that's because it's the palisade calligraphy and too many features to list. Highly recommend. CLASSY CAR!!

I like this palsaide very much, we have only had it for a month and it only has a little over 900 miles, my wife like to drive it also, because it's her suv and she really enjoy the way it handle.

My review on the hyundai palisade is awesome, for a mid size suv and the technology that you get in this vehicle for the price, comparing to some other that we considered before we decided to take a good look at the palisade and we are happy with our decision.
